Went there for the first time. Not overly friendly. Not rude..but check in guy was trying to get someone to relieve him so, not real into his task. They tell you the aisle letter and number, and your on your own. Had no clue what I was doing. Went to a guy sitting at a computer, asked for help. He told me to pull up the app and see the exact number of the item I won and then go to that aisle and number. Told me what to do but again, no friendliness. Checkout was the same. Nobody was rude, but what has happened to friendly workers? A little smile? A little "I'd be glad to help you"? It was just a little disappointing. No harm no foul. The item I won was great, all parts were in the box. Great deal.

I was at the location and arrived on time still had 15 minutes left but I was told that this is my one-time courtesy and a warning that I need to be 15 minutes before check in then I rush to go get my items I had three items left to pick 2 minutes left and the manager was ushering me out of the facility telling me that they all want to go home but the store is about to close I know I still had to get checked out but it took the lady really no time to check me out those two minutes could have been spared for me to pick up my three items which I knew the location. Manager is absolutely rude and inconsiderate I do shift work in a nearby hospital I'm not from this area and I drive quite far to get my items I have finished up at the hospital as fast as I could and I still was on time yet this is the treatment that I received. I understand rules of rules but I still had about 2 minutes left and I could have got my items I've never known a place that literally blatantly throws you out like that. He needs to not be in customer service he's an absolute jerk.

Mac Bids Washington. Drive right past Royal King. It is directly behind it. Thankfully it's now one store no more A-B. They have converted a and b together and you no longer have to wait for them to bring your large items. Hours of time returned to you. You can gather all your things yourself. So now it is a much faster experience. Lines are never long you're in and out. They have a variety of things for home, tools, stuff for your lawns and garden, Hi-Tech computer and electronics stuff for your walls and much more. Awesome for DIY. I haven't had to use Lowe's or home Depot for over a year and I'm remodeling multiple properties. Do yourself a favor and purchase the membership. It'll save you down the road. 10 days to pickup ? , 1 return/month roll over up to 5. $30.

I go to the one in Washington and they have the cutest girl at the check-in. I believe her name is Arrianna. She’s so sweet and so polite and so helpful. She’ll even get up and come help you if you can’t find what you’re looking for.
