Bought 2 pairs of boots ... one for work. One for everyday wear. The first work pair started to squeak... LOUDLY after about a week. They exchanged them no questions. The staff is great, on top of anything you may need. Very attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking for this kind of attire.

We went in the store, got treated extremely poorly by the young women behind the counter. They had a horrific attitude and followed us around like we were shoplifters and meanwhile me and my friend still bought boots and shirts. Our business will be at Bootbarn from here on out. Never again. Spend your money somewhere else. I regret even buying my items.

This place has a HUGE selection of cowboy boots! But the employees are not friendly AT ALL. They don't greet you when you walk in.. they look you up and down and are very judgemental.

10 years ago I bought a pair of ostrich from them and I still have them and they still feel great. Hat selection isn't bad. I like this store a lot.

Best boot selection in the western PA area. Tack room has everything horse folks need. Belt buckles, turquoise jewelry and blinged out ladies accessories too.

Place is over priced and a store credit joke.. bought boot and took them back 30 min later due to an issue. Was told pick out new ones or store credit (no returns) so I ended up with a pair I really don’t like.. that’s what I get trying to help out a local store.. the new boots are 40 bucks cheaper elsewhere. Never again !
