I'm a very pleased to be able to give a
great comment on one of your associates. His name is Paul ( I didn't know his last name ). He is an older gentleman. He is tall. I hope you will know who I am talking about. My husband and I are both older and handicap with a cane. We were looking for a bathroom vanity and beadboard. Paul seen us in vanitys and we all him for help. He showed us the vanity we were looking at and got a cart and loaded it. Then he showed us to the beadboard. Got another cart and loaded the beadboard. He then loaded firing strips for us. Helped us to the register. Neither department was his. He went above and beyond with helping and he was so pleasant and eager to help in anyway. We really appreciated Paul. Great worker. You don't find too many like that man. Thank you

I came into the store this evening with my neice and nephew. My nephew was looking at lighting and my neice went to the bathroom she came back and said a mexican guy was standing outside the bathroom and started following her and sure enough he comes around the corner. I made eye contact and he darted to another aisle I proceeded to follow him and he picked up the phone and stopped so I would keep walking and get in front of him. I then stopped and walked back the other way. I watched him walk all the way to the end and look back to see if I was still watching. I then went to wait in my car while the finished up shopping and two mexican woman were outside just standing by a car when they saw me they then pretended to look at flowers and disappeared for a minute outside. We sat and waited for the man to come outside which happened to be shortly after my nephew and niece exited and the man had bought nothing. Mind you we were in there for at least 45 minutes looking. Really awkward experience those people were definitely up to no good.

When you point out that signage on an item is inaccurate advertising a sale which isn't applicable to an item, a male attendant will become physically threatening to you while the other employees stand around and do nothing. I have a large home remodel project and will not be returning if this is an example of their customer service.

So....bit on the rant side. I have never had issues shopping here. Been shopping here for years, I know how to find stuff and if I don't, Lowe's has a website that tells you where everything is. Easy. Maybe I just chose the wrong time of day or something. No one acknowledged my existence, which is more than ok for me, I'm on mission. BUT I had THREE red vested employees just about collide with me like they didn't know I was there, granted I am of short stature but at the same time those guys weren't very much taller than myself.
This store ended up not having what I needed so obviously I bought like four other items I didn't need but kinda wanted(plants). When I went to purchase said items the line to the garden center register was all the way out to the shade and annual flower racks. So obviously I went inside to make my purchase at the self checkouts where they were not busy at all only to have one red vested person stand about a foot away from me....staring at me awkwardly. I tried making small talk....but was only able to get one word answers. I may have gotten soil on the register area and maybe she just was displeased at the mess and wanted it cleaned... But it was kinda weird. End of rant.

I shop here a great deal. I enjoy how many items they have and their prices are pretty good. Employees are nice and helpful. But it seems you get far less good service on weekends when the higher echelon is not there. Ordered something that was to be ready that same day and waited and waited all day to never receive any updates or phone call about my order for pickup, so I called them. I was shuffled around from person to person or simply picking up the phone transfer. When I finally got a person, in the right department, they didn't know what was going on with my order and a little less than friendly. Finally got my " ready for pickup" the next day with no explanation as to what happened. Was extremely disappointed considering there is normally not much in the way of issues.

Purchased a fridge and sishwasher took them two mo.ths to deliver it both arriv3d damaged 2 months later broken diahwasher in box still sitting in my dining room and can get any help from them the manufacture is fighting with them worse plave to purchase from will never get my business again after i throw this dishwasher threw the front door of lowes

Went in last Sunday with measurements of my deck to get a materials list, no "pro" was there on weekends to help. Understandable. The gentleman there took my name and number, with the measurements, and said that someone would call me on Monday. I called mid-day on Monday to make sure they received the measurements. I spoke to the "pro" who does the measurements and he stated that he would give me a call later that day (Monday), or the next day (Tuesday). It's Saturday and I have yet to get a call back. Going to buy the materials elsewhere.

There weren't any associates available on the floor, typical for the big box stores, but the associate at the self checkout was extremely friendly and helpful. She made the experience much better just in the couple minutes I interacted with her.
