I was new to Washington, Pa (5 years ago now) when I first started taking my vehicles to Lombardi's. They have always been efficient at getting things fixed properly and as fast as possible. It's an honest shop with beyond reasonable prices and a family-like environment. I recommend them to anyone.

Thought I was going to 9am scheduled appointment. In reality I booked appointment at other Lombardi's. Jason was really cool and they worked my jeep in. Everybody there was professional and straight up. I appreciate being talked to like a equal.This Lombardi's will definitely get my repeat visits for auto service.

I'm very surprised by the number of reviews that say this is the place to go for honest and fair service that won't try to rip you off. I'm new to the area and needed an inspection. I wanted to go to a local place with every intention of becoming a regular customer. I dropped my car off in the morning on Friday 8/26 and they were very friendly. They called a few hours later and told me that I needed two lower control arms replaced and a rear wheel bearing - no mention of what on the control arm went bad (ball joint, bushing) just that they needed replaced and it would be $900 (inspection, emissions, tire rotation, parts and labor). I am by no means a mechanic and realize that cars do need maintenance and repairs, however it was surprising to me that my car was not making any odd noises with all of these things being broken. I told them to fail the inspection and found another local shop who looked at my car 4 days later when no work had been done in between. My car passed the second inspection without issue, no work needed! I would not recommend this business unless you want to spend money on unnecessary "repairs".Service: Vehicle Inspection

If you don't want to be ripped off by corporate owned shops, try this local shop. Nice people, reasonable prices, you don't have to worry about fixing stuff that isn't broken!
