We want to thank Dawn, Jimmy and Marcus for the great job they did on bringing our 1956 Chevy Bel Air up to quality standards. They took the time and efforts that were needed to do the job right. Parts were not easy to come by and they did not stop until they found the right part and did not settle for just any part that would fit. If you have the time to entrust your classic with them, they take the time to get the job done right. We recommend them highly.

I drive all the way from Pittsburgh just to have my car serviced by Lombardi's Auto Body. Lou and his crew are always super nice when I come in for services or when I call. his front desk woman Dawn always makes sure I am taken care of. Anytime I come I am never there for a long time and they do exceptional work on my car. Some of the best service in the industry.

Went there for front in damage. Initial estimated job time was 5-10 days. Today is day 31, car still not finished. Communication and customer service has been very bad. Caught staff in multiple lies regarding why it was taking so long to fix my car. Called several times with no one ever calling me back. Terrible experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I will absolutely refer anyone who needs work on their cars to Lombardi Auto Body & Repair! They have done work on my car multiple times over the years including oil changes, state inspections, and general maintenance and repair. They do great work but more importantly, they are honest, won't try to overcharge, and won't try to rip you off with unnecessary repairs. Additionally, they provide excellent customer service! Lombardi's is by far one of the most fast, efficient and friendliest auto shops I've been to. The customer service is impeccable, they truly take the stress off off your shoulders when it comes to having your vehicle serviced. This is by far the one of the best auto body in the area. Lou and the team do fantastic work. Dawn kept us updated on the progress and where the delays were. They also do regular maintenance work along with big repairs.

Honest work. Found an issue that other places would use as an opportunity to upcharge. Went for a "vacation special" and left with my car in better shape because of the mechanics experience. Bolt in the ball joint was loose and turned out to be stripped. Only charged for the bolt($3) and a fraction of an hour for labor. If you want quality work, no matter where you're driving from, it's worth the drive (or tow)!!!
