I have been waiting for my car to come back for coming onto two months now and have not received any updates. Call after call, theres no answer and no return from any voicemails left. Even when coming in there is never a specific answer given, just the basic "covid" excuse that everyone seems to rely on now. If its going to take weeks to get parts in, let the customer know in advance so they arent inconvenienced this badly. Instead of driving with a cracked bumper, I now have 2 insurance payments for a car I havent even looked at.

I had Recently brought my car in to have looked at and fixed. 12 days went by, no phone call, no update, nothing. I called day after day and no response. Finally walked in and said what's going on with my car? Lady at desk had no idea, talking in circles. She said they put 200 miles on my car!!!!! To test drive it. When I picked up my car there was over 300 miles put on it. Not sure if they were using my car personally, lent it out or rented it out but the whole experience was Shady and off. Things were broken that weren't when I brought it there, my emergency brake line was "cut" funny because I just had new brakes put on before I brought it there. They tried to charge me over $800 dollars in labor when the parts were less then 200 dollars. Then try adding on all these unnecessary things for extra money. They see $$$ signs and will take full advantage of you. I will never be returning.

I had water pump, brakes pads, rotors replaced. They did a great job replacing water pump. Car runs great. In order to replace water pump, several parts needed to be removed due to poor design by manufacturer. I was concerned there may rattles or noises because the amount of parts removed and reinstalled. The car runs better than new. Brake job was excellent and at reasonable prices. Thank you.

I bought a new bulb for my headlight and went to 4 auto shops, but no one would replace for me. When I went to Lombardi they immediately gave me an appointment and it only took 5 minutes to install. And they didn't even charge me!
Thank you so much for your help, I would definitely recommend them!

We want to thank Dawn, Jimmy and Marcus for the great job they did on bringing our 1956 Chevy Bel Air up to quality standards. They took the time and efforts that were needed to do the job right. Parts were not easy to come by and they did not stop until they found the right part and did not settle for just any part that would fit. If you have the time to entrust your classic with them, they take the time to get the job done right. We recommend them highly.

I drive all the way from Pittsburgh just to have my car serviced by Lombardi's Auto Body. Lou and his crew are always super nice when I come in for services or when I call. his front desk woman Dawn always makes sure I am taken care of. Anytime I come I am never there for a long time and they do exceptional work on my car. Some of the best service in the industry.

Went there for front in damage. Initial estimated job time was 5-10 days. Today is day 31, car still not finished. Communication and customer service has been very bad. Caught staff in multiple lies regarding why it was taking so long to fix my car. Called several times with no one ever calling me back. Terrible experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I will absolutely refer anyone who needs work on their cars to Lombardi Auto Body & Repair! They have done work on my car multiple times over the years including oil changes, state inspections, and general maintenance and repair. They do great work but more importantly, they are honest, won't try to overcharge, and won't try to rip you off with unnecessary repairs. Additionally, they provide excellent customer service!
