rip off place.......did brakes and rotors two yrs. ago - he was recommended to me by friend's husband. here we are two yrs. later, he installed new brakes, rotors on 9/9/21 at a cost of $732.50. have since put only 21,521 miles on it. took to another garage today for oil change and inspection, now I have 116,216 miles on it so the brakes and rotors lasted a little over 2 yrs. Called Murrays and he tells me warranty is only year and he would have to see the car. told him it was getting inspected today and if I ever needed anything I wouldn't go there. His response was 'you don't come here anyway' and promptly hung up on me..........rude........so if you want GOOD and HONEST service, go to Beard's..........or anyplace else besides this ignorant, overcharging moron...................I obviously had cheap and brakes put it on it from him.........................stay away!!!!!!!!!

Jim Murray's Auto Service is a fantastic local Washington, PA auto repair center. Appointments are made quickly, and the turnaround time is excellent. I have been going there for years, and have no problem supporting this local business. I take my vehicles there are state inspections even though I could get them through dealerships at no cost. They tell you the cost of any repairs or equipment that needs replaced (IE: tires) upfront, and the final invoice is very close to the quote. Jim Murray's Auto Service is my GO TO vehicle service location.
