Please don't go here. The last 3 times I went to get my hair cut here I got completely butchered. The second time a young lady with pink hair started cutting my hair and I asked her if she could fix my layers since they were so bad the first time. So proceeds to break down and tell me that she won't do anything she's uncomfortable with and how she just recently got out of high-school and had little to no experience. That was the my first red flag and should have been my last but I decided to be nice. As she's cutting my hair my cape falls off and she gets frustrated and just rips it off of me. Then she proceeds to keep getting on her knees to "get a better angle" and keeps grabbing my hair as she's trying to get up. About 30 minutes into her struggling and dousing my hair with water to the point where it's dripping onto the front of my clothes, she says she tried her best and that she can't do anything else. As I checked it, it was even worse and she hadn't even touched the other half of my head. She called the manager over to come fix her mistake she started crying and trying to excuse herself to the bathroom. Again don't go here if I could give 0 stars and still leave a review I would

My regular girl was not there when I went to get a haircut. I actually got a brand new person that I’ve never seen before. Although I think I made her a little nervous she did a great job. I was very pleased when I left.

This place sucks. By far the worst place in washington. This must be where people come to work who barely made it through cosmetology school. No one can actually fade hair. While I was there 2 mother's complained about there kids hair and another even drove back because they missed hair.
Stylists constantly asking the manager for help. Complete garbage. Should close and all the employees work at McDonald's.

I greatly apologize but on two occasions a younger heavy set young lady that was working Monday July 8th was very rude to my 10yo son while cutting his hair. The hair cut was a disaster and she even hurt my son on several occasions, which I wasn’t aware of until we left. She cut the back of his hair rough and pulled his hair out with the clippers. She also in the beginning, put the drape on his neck so tight it choked him and he couldn’t breathe and she didn’t seem to care.
The first time we encountered this young lady who was working in the same place on the right side approximately three chairs back towards the rear. She yelled at my 8yo daughter because she was asking my son question while she was cutting his hair.
I have been going here for over 11 years now and we don’t want to change locations. But a little patience and courtesy is all we ask. And not a butchered haircut with attitude.

I came in to get a quick last second haircut before a trip. The girl who cut my hair I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair and was obviously newer. I told her what I wanted and honestly looked at me like I was speaking another language. She started aggressively cutting and the second she started I regretted my decision. 10 mins in after he complaining “it’s the lighting I can’t see” and looking at my head like it was freak of nature. She seemed lost, confused and honestly scared. She said “let me get a second look” which is words you never want to hear when someone just cuts your hair. The I’m assuming manager came over and introduced her self. Proceeded to fix my hair while borderline scolding the stylist.
I’m not the one to tell someone to stop especially during a haircut but this girl needs more experience. She’s young and obviously new. I bet she has great potential in this industry, but needs more practice. The fact that they still made me pay full price for a haircut that was rushed, bad, and almost unfixable is wild in my eyes. I really do hope a manager does reach out to me. Can you make this right because now I have to spend more money than I should have to get a simple haircut. I will not be returning to this location and will make everyone aware not to visit this location until staff is visibly improved.

Stopped for haircut today,4/5/24. WORSE haircut EVER!!! She did not know how to cut hair, could not even clean up the back. Had to go to another great clips to get salvaged. They said they have a lot of haircuts they have to fix from that location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Update: location was 185 old mill.Washington.Pa. 15301. 2pm.front right chair.
She also purposely cut the back of my hair at an angle and uneven.

After i got home i seen the fade was uneven. I was able to go to my normal hair place and they fixed it. And took my back and sides down to a 0. There was sproughts everywere.
I walked in after sisting in the parking lot for 20min waiting on light to be turned on. When i walked in i was greeted with a big siy of unplesantness. The girls working that day may need to work on greeting ness after i got to the chair. Conversation was good. Yet i didnt come for conversation Icame for a good hair cut.

THE FIRST GIRL STARTED TO CUT MY HAIR AND IT FELT LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO PULL MY HAIR OUT OF MY HEAD AND WHEN I TOLD HER SHE SAID MY HAIR WAS VERY LONG AND KEPT TRYING TO CUT IT I FINALLY TOLD HER IT WAS STILL HURTING SO THEN SHE HAD THE OTHER GIRL COME AND FINISH IT BUT SHE ACTED LIKE IT WAS A BOTHER AND HURRIED UP AND THEN SAID SHE WAS DONE. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Family has used them for years now…a lot of the faces are familiar which is nice. Never had to wait especially if you check in online and follow the prompts on when to arrive. Love that!!
