The prices are going way up for free donated stuff. And they put better stuff that costs more than new on line plus charging for bags , I'm never donating there again.

Got a small grab bag of toys. Realized there was no price on it so grabbed another bag of the same size so they could compare the prices. Brought it up and they refused to sell it because it's their policy to go back and reprice it lol.Not only is it a d*** rule but the fact that they enforce it over a $3 bag of toys instead of just selling it is so sad.

Now on top of the inflated prices you have to buy a bag for a dollar. Would somebody please explain to me how raising the prices, cutting out bags and selling used things (that they get for free including the fact that they have zero shipping costs because people drop the goods off themselves) at new prices is helping the under-privileged? Sans normal operating costs it’s ALL profit.

Over priced for a donation store. Some of the items you can buy brand new in the store for less than goodwill's prices.

Thrift store shopping is not for all but for me I LOVE IT! I have found so many items I pay a few dollars for that would cost a fortune if I bought new. All thrift stores charge a bit too much on some things but I just pass over them. There are treasures for everyone. Everyone has always been super nice and helpful in here.

Junk items, overpriced, and rude service.Goodwill's everywhere are raising their prices so their CEO can make over a million a year and take advantage of people giving them their merchandise for free. While there they played a message stating they put out 10,000 new items last month, all donated. It's cheaper to buy on sale new things at stores then to get the broken stuff here. To top it off, only one register was open and they were training someone on register while other employees were randomly walking around. The trainee was going slow and doing things wrong so instead of helping, the trainer just kept rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breathe.

This Goodwill always seems to have the widest and best selection of the thrift stores in the area
