We do a lot of curbside pickup and delivery for our groceries, but there are a few things we prefer to pick out ourselves. The feature of Giant Eagle that I like the most is their Scan Pay Go self scan and checkout system. It is so easy. You scan your card to get a scanner, you scan your items as you shop, put them into your bag, and at the end you go to the dedicated checkout kiosk and scan the barcode. You then pay for your groceries, get your receipt, and walk out to your car. I'm surprised so many people prefer to stand in line at the traditional cashier lines. It saves so much time! Having a dedicated scanner instead of using an app on your phone is easier to handle and you don't need to worry about dropping it. I'm definitely a fan.

Was leaving and they were locking the one entrance as I was like 8 feet from the door I got little kids we me and they say sir you will have to go out the other entrance which isn't that nearby, but I am shocked they wouldn't have the customer service skill to just let me through and then lock the door but they went out of way to not do that. Lazy and no concern for the customer.

Today I had a bad experience with a cashier named Jonah. As I watched his actions with the lady in front of me, he appeared to be rubbing something on his forehead and under his nose and sniffing his.finger repeatedly even putting his fingertip in his nostril! It may have been nothing, but his actions were gross and.disgusting! I was afraid to touch any of my groceries when I got home!! Yuck!!

We were on the road and stopped at a nearby Tesla supercharger. Needing a bite to eat, we went into the Giant Eagle and their deli had some very appealing food offerings so we sat and ate in their cafe. The 5 employees we came into contact with were very nice and the lady at the register in the deli was even singing along with the music.. it was a pleasant experience!

The lines, both inside and outside are terrible. Pack a lunch. The pharmacy is under staffed. Management can do better. Try to call ahead to make sure your script is ready. I confirmed yesterday for a refill via text. I waited in line and it is not ready, another 30 minutes. Unfortunately I'm on my way to work. I left home early to make the stop.

The Washington Pa Pharmacy is terrible. You wait on the phone no less then 12 minutes, and i am being generous, and they offer a service to contact your doctors if no refills but don't follow up with it cause they say they do it electronically. Ok well when you don't get an answer does that not indicate you may have to call them? Really? Whatever happened to if you don't get a response you PICK UP A PHONE and CALL either them or your customer and tell them your having issues. They only do it electronically. if you can't handle a service you offer then don't offer it!!!!!! especially if you SUCK AT IT. i call doctors and they say they never got the request so who do you believe??? nobody wants to take responsibility and here i am a week later and still no medication!!!!! SORRY YOUR PHARMACY SUCKS!!!!

Went in today with no mask because I have chronic anxiety and major depression disorder so wearing one I sometimes get panic attacks and can't breath because I feel like I'm suffocating. I was told I had to leave the store and that they won't even let me check out because I didn't have a mask and all I wanted was a chicken breast so I could eat lunch. They have forever lost my business since they have no respect for people with illnesses that are uncontrollable. I'm ashamed and will never be shopping here ever again. Terrible place.

Because they take away your rights, pushing people to wear masks that don't work even the CDC says healthy people should not be wearing them. on top of that most of their employees don't wear them correct anyway .
