Fritz and his family helped us out with some hogs we shot in Texas this Spring and I was very thankful I found him. The meat was processed quickly and the presentation was very professional. Really excited to try the sausage.

Nice place and everyone was friendly. Dropped off 3 deer and turn around wasn't bad. Just over a week. Will definitely go back.
