Store has gone downhill in the last year, shelves not stocked, cash registers broken, merchandise carts left blocking the aisles. I do not recommend shopping here until better staffed or change of management to improve shopping conditions.

This store is a major disaster!!!! Employees are very rude. The store manager smokes weed outside of the store you can smell it when walking around the store. There is no way to navigate through the store due to all the aisles being blocked by full carts that need to be put on the shelves. The only way to shop at this store is getting your own supplies you need from the carts in the aisles. Every shelf is empty and it’s a huge hazard for everyone’s safety. This store needs major work and employees that will make a difference and have customer service skills. Cooperate needs to be involved majorly with this store. If there isn’t anyone to put the stuff away then they need to shut the store down for a few days a week to be able to get the shelves stocked. This store was very nice when Cynthia was the manager there it was so clean and all the shelves were stocked and employees were very kind. In the last 6 months this store has really fallen apart. I will no longer be shopping at this location due to the condition of the store and the very rude employees. I only gave this store a one star because I had to so that I could make a review I also called the cooperate office to file a complaint ..

This store is a Big Mess, I will not shop there until they can get the shelf’s stocked and carts out of the way to be able to go down the aisles. Their is nothing on the shelf’s that I could get to. The store used to be wonderful when they had the other manager there. She has quit and from what I understand you cannot get help. My neighbors son worked there and only made 8 1/4 an hour.

This DG used to be my go to, but the last few months it's been horrible. The shelves are bare, the aisles are constantly full of carts filled with boxes that need to be put out, it's dirty, the list goes on and on. Corporate needs to make a surprise visit and get this place back in order... I've been there several times and have seen people walk out because they were disgusted because they didn't have what they needed out, because the line was too long (only one register would open), couldn't get to what they needed because of the clutter in the aisles, and I've walked out myself as well.

I’m not sure if they don’t have enough employees but for the past couple of months this store has been a nightmare. A lot of shelves are empty and a lot of the aisles are blocked by carts of stock that need put away. They used to be such a great place to shop. So clean and well stocked and friendly staff, but I won’t go there anymore until they get their store back in order.

After a somewhat recent change in staff, this place is thriving! Hope Lance is still around because he was helpful but so is everyone else. Love their deals section, but I feel like there are a few basic cooking utensils they don't have and this location runs out of water very fast. That may be due to covid. I reccomend shopping at this location because they take pride in their store.. quite unlike the one in canonsburg!
