Went in there to get my SIM card to work in my tablet it will not work the kid that was there had no idea what he is doing had his big knife setting out were everybody could see it he needs to leave his life at home he was very rude person agreeing in front of other customers has no respect for his elders he thinks he is cool showing off his tattoos will never go back there

So this is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location, firmest time was just 2 weeks ago when I went to try and upgrade my phone and the same guy that is there tonight was there this evening as well. I was asking questions about upgrading and he got smart and said this isn’t apple it’s cricket. Tonight I went in trying to pay my bill and he says you can’t pay your bill because I’m on a conference call sorry have a good night

So this store is my fav place to go in town for any cellphone related shopping. Always treats me well and gives me a better deal and I been with cricket for so long and I love cricket. Just got another new phone and it works smoother than my old one. go to this store and see hardy or James and believe me you'll feel special before you leave the store. imma come down to get another one next year now lol.
