Went there to get my SIM card to work lady couldn't get it to work she had no idea what she's doing cricket needs to get experience people to work at there stores lady kept telling me my tablet is used and it's not I bought it brand new

Nice place .. clean.. not all phone's on display.. good customer service.. don't ask em about RAM in Your phone that actually makes videos and programs load and run.. you know just like computers..? AT&T's cheaper service.. but it's good..

Had to go in for new phone after cracking/fracturing screen on previous phone. Came in and was helped by the amazing Darla. She was just incredible and overall so great to work with and get me a new phone and everything synced up for me. Just an awesome employee, highly recommend

Absolute joke of an experience. Most rude unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. They installed the wrong case on my phone, and when I went back was told they wouldn't refund it or give an even exchange, then when I expressed how upset I was I was told to "get the f out of my store". Okay Cricket.
