Kevin is beyond amazing! He was so helpful and friendly with helping my mom and I switch carriers after going through run arounds with our past carrier. Definitely recommend stopping in and visiting Kevin for all of your phone wants and needs.

After suffering with the horrid customer service of Straight Talk for years I finally had enough. I decided that I wanted to go to Cricket Wireless and after a little research I found this location to have the best reviews by far. I was not disappointed. Eric is amazing. He was very patient as we tried to rescue my account from the disaster that was Straight Talk.He not only got me transferred over and got me the free phone I wanted, but also set it up for me and transferred everything important from my old broken phone. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. If I can expect this level of customer service, I feel nuts for waiting so long to change! Thanks Eric!

Kevin is outstanding.... First off I'd like to say thanks for bringing a cricket store to Pen Argyle... I used to have to go to Stroudsburg EVERYTIME I wanted something... But low and behold there's one in my backyard now. I went in for the first time about a month ago and Kevin was working.... He was so helpful to me & my friend, whatever the problems were he had them cleared up in no time!!! Well I've been having an issue with my Email for awhile now and Kevin got on it and now it's working again... No matter what the problem may be he doesn't give up till whatever was wrong, is working again.... He really knows what he's doing.... And I'm so thankful for that because most of the time I don't know what I'm doing and he's so willing to help.... And in today's world you don't see alot of people like Kevin ... So willing to help with whatever the problem may be... And always in a cheerful way.... I love cricket and with Kevin on board.... I love it even more.... Thanks Kevin, your the best ?
