Charged triple on each sensor, installed a second unnecessary “300$” sensor without my consent, and gave no estimate. Car was returned with more codes than it went in with and stalled out before it even left the parking lot. now has codes for “no activity” from both sensors that were replaced. ultimately paid 150$ less than the dealership that would’ve done the job right and got my car back in an unsafe condition to drive. insisted my car was a flood car which it isn’t and cleared codes which all came back after letting the car idle for a minute in attempt to cover bad work, shady business that doesn’t know what they’re doing. 850$ mistake never again, pay the shops that know what they're doing the extra money and get it done right.

Had an appointment set for over a week to get my ignition interlock put on. I got there at my appointment time which was 8am and was greeted by Mark told him who I was why I was there he said ok I’ll call you and let you know when it’s ready I said I’m going to just stick around he said no your not I said yeah I’m going to hang in the area with my daughter and he states he’s not doing the job then. I said I have no way to leave and come back so I have to wait around. He told me he could not get my car in when though I had an appointment and said the earliest would be Tuesday maybe lol I’ve never seen someone be so unprofessional owner or not it’s wrong. So I found someone that told me I could be there in between 9-10am Monday and I can wait on my vehicle and it’s 150$ cheaper. Waste of time!!!!!

overall great place to get all sorts of work on your vehicles, and the owner of this establishment will go beyond the normal to give you the best most reasonable , well maintained vehicle for your family's safety while being someone who is relatable on courteous also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I had a issue with my truck today and was in a jam.. I limped my truck here and the owner with out hesitation changed his clothes and jumped on my truck had it fixed in under a hour even though they were swamped.. I'm so thankful for people like this and good to know they're still around ..Services: General repairs & maintenance

During state inspection , I also requested checking A/C as I was not getting cool air . A new compressor was needed. Mark worked with me to check my supplemental insurance, which covers everything but A/C. The original quote was $$$$, but Mark looked into alternative options, we agreed, ordered the parts and two days later I brought in the car for the job. Mark took me home as I had no other means of transportation and picked me up when the work was completed later that day. I really appreciate the extra mile Mark went to go make this all possible.
