Was happy to find a Burger King since moving to the Washington area. I had to pull forward to wait for my 2 junior Whoppers for $5 - no problem. The employee came out with my bag and a bag for another customer. She went to the other customer first, that's fine, but then she motioned for me to drive over to her I guess so she didn't have to walk. I was at the exit to turn right onto Jefferson. To go to her would have required backing up my car, going left and driving back around the restaurant again to get to Jefferson. The attitude "you drive over here to me" after already having to wait for my food was surprising. I explained to her that I was turning right on Jefferson and with obvious annoyance she came over to me and roughly handed me my bag. I drove up to my destination (the pharmacy less than 2 min away) where I parked and opened one of my burgers and it was cold. Not even a hint of warmth. Even the burger patty was not the least bit warm. They were well put together with all of the condiments and everything seemed fresh so I took a deep breath, said a prayer, and ate it cold and the other one went to waste. I didn't have time to go back and wait for another order.

Always were you go ask for your receipt they never give in fast food when you get home they over charged never a refund happen here charged me 60.00 for burger and fries and KFC in canonsburg charge me round off donate I don't believe in that cause I don't think the money goes to the cause . It's for there tip . Nobody gives receipts anymore so I never go to fast food again

As we pulled up to the drive thru window, an employee exclaimed they saw a rat run across the floor.Also, as we pulled up, the asked us to repeat our order because they lost it. They said they substituted items they were not allowed even though they told us our total and to pull up to the window. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Didn’t get my food order right I asked for extra cheese and it didn’t look like I got extra cheese and my sister chicken sandwich wasn’t the best either and the one guy was cleaning by my foot and underneath the table while I was eating and touch my foot like seriously it wasn’t that busy and what not.

Pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru at 10:58 to order ... ( yes I was one of those people everybody hates showing up 2 mins be4 they closed ) the guy said be with you in one second over the loud speaker I said ok and started looking at the menu at 11:00 he then states sorry were closed.... I'm like wait what u just told me to hold on until after ur closed so you could tell me it's to late? He said oh I was talking to someone else I asked him over the drive thru speaker ??? And nothing just complete silence after that .... seriously what is wrong with people I will never go back to that burger king again worst customer service I've experienced ever !!!! Their managers really should teach there employees the definition of customer service !!!!

The only good thing I can say is my food was hot and my chicken sandwich was delicious. So I guess that's two things
