My car needed body repair after being hit while stopped at a light. I had not one clue who to trust. But a friend recommended Budd Baer along with my insurance company. It was an absolutely great decision. They kept me up to date frequently and the repairs were completed when promised. Picking it up was a delight. They walked me around the car allowing me to inspect every single detail. The repairs were perfect and the car was shining - both inside and out! I literally could not be happier with the results.

Called for an estimate for windshield replacement, I got an email several hours later. It was pretty pricey.
Average overall I ended up not going with them.

Ayisha at the Collision Center is wonderful! Very friendly and so helpful! I also had my oil changed. The collision repairs were done earlier than expected!

I had repairs done after a hit and run on my car that I had only had for one day. Although it took over 3 months for my car to be fixed (back ordered parts), I knew it would be fixed right so the wait was worth it. My service guy Larry was amazing at keeping me updated throughout the entire process and the front desk lady was amazing. All the staff here is very professional and courteous and very nice. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else for any body work.

Very nice people. The shop and waiting area are very neat and clean. I had a scheduled estimate appointment here. Bill was a nice guy and did a great job of thoroughly reviewing the estimate he built. I will update my overall experience if I decide to move forward.

I had to have repairs done after hitting a deer. They were very professional and courteous. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process and were very honest. I was very pleased and if I ever need body work done again I would definitely seek them out. My car looks brand new!

This place fixed my suburban after a collision. They are phenomenal! From scheduling to pick up and the communication in between. Ayisha was a pleasure to work with and Larry is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. My vehicle looks as good as new. I highly recommend them!

I had to get my car repaired after a hit and run accident. I'm so glad I picked Budd Baer Collision. They were very quick to respond, kept me updated on where my car was in process for repairs and when there was a delay on a backorder parts. I hope I never need to use them again but if I do, this is where my car will go.

Unfortunately I had to visit Budd Baer for the repairs on my car after a deer hit me. From the time my car arrived until I picked it up Ziggy kept me updated, answered my questions, let me talk to the tech Aric. They had a few issues getting a couple of parts but I appreciated being kept in the loop by Ziggy. The delay was minimal. I waited a couple of weeks before writing my review because you always find a scratch, dirt, dust, or something they missed in the process . My car was absolutely amazing with the utmost attention to the smallest details. My car was delivered and it was spotless inside and out. The staff in the collision center go out of their way to make the customer happy.Thank you to the Blue Team, Aric, and Ziggy for a job well done.

From my first contact with Aisha to my pick up, everyone was great! They kept me updated through the process and were able to get my vehicle in sooner than expected! When I picked it up, it had been cleaned and vacuumed…felt like I was first driving off the car lot! The work is excellent…can’t even tell anything happened. If I ever need body work again, I will definitely call them first!

Took really great care of me and my car. I had a lot of logistics to maneuver around without having a car and they accommodated me which made their service feel personal and professional. Can’t even tell anything was wrong with my care after the repair. 10/10 would recommend.

They were always professional when dealing with my concerns. This was my very first "at fault" accident in over 50 years of driving and I was a nervous wreck! They were very patient in explaining the long delays in the repair process. My accident was May 8.I got my car back on September 7!Services: Painting
