The staff here is very friendly, environment is nice. The communication for their services is atrocious. They had a computer of mine for 3 weeks and never touched it. After another week they finally assessed they couldn’t do anything with it. No details as to why. Very disappointing experience

I drove 40 minutes to get here, with an appointment scheduled/ confirmed and they are closed before the posted time?! Extremely frustrated because I really needed my work monitor looked at asap as I am traveling and having to work remote. There was a sign on the door and I see I am not the only one who was upset about this. I get things happen, but it's very unprofessional to not notify people with appointments especially when I was told I could even come in as a walk-in earlier today.

Had my cracked screen fixed and a new battery and frame was installed. The person forgot to put the Sim plate and card back back in however I went back and everything was done. Happy with service

Doesn't answer the phone! Claim to call alternate phone and leave a message. Didn't do that! Couldn't and wouldn't fix my phone. I drove 2 hours, waited the 4 hours it should have taken. To still not have my phone fixed. Then drove 2 hours home. Wasted 6 hours of my day!

At one point there was 6 of us waiting to get into the store and we sat there for over an hour and the workers never showed up. I called the main company and they also couldn't reach the manager. Someone else drove 2 hours to get there just for them not to show up. Husband tried again the next day and then got ahold of corporate just for them to tell us they are closed on Sundays and Mondays now but their sign on the door says open Sundays and Monday.

They people at asurion were very helpful and friendly. I dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced and had it back next day. I would highly recommend them!!!

Impeccable customer service!The staff is wonderful! Everyone I spoke with has incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. All of my many questions were answered politely and thoroughly.I will 100% be coming back for any issues with my phone or tablets.

To be completely honest, my overall review of Asurion as a whole would be less than 1 star, but my recent interaction with Gerald at the Washington, PA Location turned that around and it is because of him that I am providing 5 Stars.All I needed was to have a cracked screen fixed, but Multiple phone calls and multiple trips to different Asurion/UBIF locations has been frustrating, to say the least. It wasn't until I went to the Washington Location and came across Gerald that I was able to finally get my phone fixed. Gerald is very friendly, knowledgeable and is truly an asset to the Asurion company. I appreciate the help he provided!

Jerald was so wonderful and friendly! He explained the whole process of getting our tech fixed and offered helpful information about their different protection programs for the future! We will definitely go back here in the future!

Less than 1 hour to fix the cracked screen on my iP 12. Brandon and Gerald were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I’d definitely go back.

This place is a joke. I have been in here three times to replace a screen protector. There is one person that is able to do it and he is either leaving early or unavailable. I have asked to make an appointment and was told it was not necessary. Apparently it is when the one person who does it is NEVER available.

Yesterday I broke my screen on my S23 Ultra. My wife called Asurion in Washington and spoke to Gerald who told us everything we needed to know and was able to get us in the next morning to fix it. Gerald also called us while in repair to let us know he found another issue and that he was confident he could fix it but wanted to keep us in the loop. All in all it was fantastic customer service and they really made a very stressful situation alot easier.

Absolutely Awful! How am I supposed to scan a QR code with my broken phone or just call! Are we serious! Go through a huge run around to be told I don't have insurance when actually we do! And this is after the last time we had to use them they sent my phone to a different state! I don't understand why we can't go to the phone store where I was able to purchase the insurance, to exchange the phone and pay for it right there because that's what we need is a phone to use for work in the morning! Not waiting until Tuesday because we happened to break the phone on Sunday!
