People were nice and helpful, until I saw that something had gouged the side of my trailer. They quickly reminded me that I signed a contract saying they are not responsible, and they said that they would check the cameras, as I was just there two weeks prior. No response from the owner. Nobody wanted to own up to the mistake. Not shocked at all.

Wonderful uhaul experience and the manager Cynthia Romani was very nice and helpful with the truck rental and even helped my child and I get home safe after returning the the truck! A great experience all around. I will definitely rent from her again!!
