I recently bought a 2011 jeep Wrangler had a couple of issues they took care of it there wy no pressure from them to buy it took it for a test drive I was satisfied with it put a little bit of money in it drive it to work every day and then some no problem with it mike was on his game I would buy from them again

I bought a used car from here a few weeks ago and I love it. Salesman Mike keeps his word for sure and doesn’t sell lemons. The paperwork process was quick and easy, and they’ll help you understand if something is confusing. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I’ll be purchasing another vehicle from here in the future ! I purchased this car from these guys a few weeks ago, with the help from Mike. I worked in the finance industry for 15 years, and Mike did a wonderful job from helping my mom and I out with coming to get us, the test drive, the paperwork, and dealing with the finance company. These days you don't get to many nice people anymore who are geniune, Mike definitely is. I would reccomend these guys to my friends and family ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. I wish them nothing but the best.

I bought my Audi Q7 from 1st Choice Auto Mall, they made the process of buying it very easy. This was also my first time owning a diesel, and Mike has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable, and has been wonderful if I needed assistance. I was able to ask him questions; he would answer them honestly and give thorough recommendations.
Then when I had an issue a year into owning my car, he was able to identify why it went into limp mode, and solve the issue.
I stand by them and whenever I’m ready for a new car, I will absolutely buy from them again.

I called and spoke with Chris...very friendly, professional, and checked everything out before I drove over an hour to see the Honda Ridgeline. He was honest, as far as the history of the Honda and told us what he knew. I am so happy that I found this auto sales because I bought a beautiful, clean running vehicle at an honest price! There was no owners manual in glove box, and they ordered me one and had it sent to my home.

A few years ago, my husband and I came here to look at a 2009 Chevy Avalanche. Upon first glance, there was a pool of liquid sitting under the truck that turned out to be oil. We took it for a test drive anyhow, but decided to not take the risk of buying it. A week passes and the salesman, Josh, exclaimed that the oil issue was taken care of, and wondered if we would want to take another look. We reluctantly agreed. Everything seemed to be fine, and for the most part we were sold on buying this vehicle. Of course when the papers are about to be final, and when we’re ready to walk out with the keys, Josh informs us that the truck needs new brakes and rotors. Red flag #1. He tells us that they will take care of it, and that we would have to wait about a week for the parts to come in for them to be able do them. Why we didn’t back out at the time is beyond me, but it was a regrettable decision nonetheless. A week passes and we pick up the truck and take it home for the first time. After taking it home is when the laundry list of problems started to occur. Red flag #2. Check engine light for oil pressure issues, needed an oil change, 4 new tires, and not even a year after owning it, our mechanic informs us that the brakes and rotors need replacing. This makes me believe that this business puts used parts on their vehicles to get their cars out the door. Another year has passed and currently the truck won’t even start. Red flag #3. Now it needs a whole new computer system, needs new brakes and rotors yet again, and so many other things need to be worked on, but it would take too long to type out every single issue. Our mechanic quotes us almost $2000 in work just to be able to pass inspection, and that doesn’t even include all of the other issues it faces. This is the most shady dealership I’ve ever come across. I don’t trust them for a second. It’s been questionable behavior from the first time we set foot on their lot. If you know whats good for you, you’d go somewhere else. I can assure you, despite the cute “mom and pop” stories they tell you, they truly don’t care about their customers, or more importantly, don’t care about the safety of people. There is no chance that this vehicle would have passed inspection if we immediately drove it to a mechanic after driving it off the lot. Hearing them try to defend themselves on replies to google reviews and forcing google to take down the bad ones just shows that they know they’re not a good business. Hope this helps someone out.

Bought an older car (08’ outback) from them and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this crew! The warranty I purchased with the car has really helped with the minor and major problems that come with a 16 year old car. Over all reasonable prices and wonderful service from their mechanic and sales team!

just last week I bought a car from this dealer and it was leaking coolant and coolant was getting into the oil and the oil smelled like gas meaning the engine needed piston rings they claimed they had fixed the car after arguing with the service manager and we took it to a dealer and found they had jb welded the radiator put oil in the coolant reservoir and its still leaking and they have deleted bad reviews from google and to add they all have terrible attitudes
