Worst branch rep....called them at 12 pm asking till what time their branch is open...he waid 5 pm... I asked is there walking available or appointment required...he said walking is available...and then I mentioned I have santander invite and coupon code so need to open account....he said oh need to check if representatvie available for appointment as they are busy.....so lazy employee it seems....not intrested with such attitudes and dumbs....lazy fellow hurt company...better they get replaced....

I have consistently found the teller at Santander's Washington Crossing branch to be pleasant and helpful-- regardless of who is on duty.
