“Ryan, the Pharmacist, was kind enough to take my phone call in under three rings during a hectic hour after lunch. He had to pause to check his inventory during this time. Later, he gave the vaccine unscheduled. He had at least four others show up for flu and COVID vaccines unscheduled, again very busy with phones and the drive-thru all active. He took the time to print out my vax history at the end of my vaccine. He went above and beyond his responsibility as the pharmacist to manage patients and provide excellent service - promptly. He's an asset to the company.”

“We all understand 5 stars, and Lambertville Medicine Shoppe deserves every one and more, but this review is for Old Locals: when we lost David, an undisputed saint, we knew nothing could fill the hole in our hearts and we mourned what we feared would be the loss of old fashioned neighborly “It’s A Wonderful Life” Pharmacy. The David-shaped hole in our hearts is still there, but the personal extra-mile service pharmacy survives—(David’s legacy?)—it’s the place where everybody knows your name and goes out of their way to meet and exceed your needs.”

Most recently, the pharmacist was concerned about possible interactions between a new med and one I’ve been on for a while. It was nearing the 7pm closing time on a Friday, but I really needed the med, so the pharmacist called the on-call doctor to get everything sorted so that I could pick up my med before they closed. And, she kept me apprised of the situation via phone as she was working to resolve the matter”

“We had registered our 91 year old Dad at several pharmacies, Saint Mary’s Hospital in Newtown and on the PA site for the Covid vaccine. Such an overwhelming and frustrating ordeal and worried that Dad would not get the vaccine til much later. It was this evening at 6:00 pm that we received the call from Hiran from VIP Pharmacy in Bristol - they had an extra shot and wanted to know if we could bring Dad down before 7:00 that evening. We want to truly thank Hiran for the call and being observant and caring of the registered candidates and their individual circumstances and making that call to us. There still are caring folks out there. We can now rest assured that Dad has at least gotten the first Covid shot. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. God bless and stay safe. ♥️”

For a while, one of the greedy healthcare insurance companies I had in one of my jobs insisted that I go only to CVS. But I hate CVS -- too crowded, too much red tape, no personal touch. I was so happy when I got a new (also greedy -- they ALL are) insurance company that allowed me to use this Rite Aid again.”
