Amber Beech is the best! Our dog was cared for lovingly for five weeks this summer while my husband was hospitalized with a serious illness. We will never forget their support!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We've boarded our dog there twice now and she loves going. Every staff member I've interacted with has been nice and clearly likes animals. Highly recommend this kennel.

There is no where else I would take my dogs. For years, Denise, Paige and team have been so good to my dog and extremely patient. I have trusted my dogs(we had 2 until recently)with them multiple times on many occasions for lengths of time during vacations and extended weekends , and during a big move with my family and our animal always comes back to us happy as can be ! The girls are there to welcome him when my husband drops him off and gives my wired pup all the hugs and love needed to keep him comfortable. Thank you Amber Beech! Nice to know we have a trusted family to take our fur babies while away.

Amber Beech is beyond amazing. Denise and her staff are doing amazing work and caring for our animals like their own. I have boarded my dogs many times and each trip is a total success. my pups jump out of the car and are excited to see Denise. I would not trust anyone else with my dogs while I travel and am so appreciative that I found Amber Beech

I would not recommend this place for boarding. Every time I picked up my puppy (now a year and half) after a long weekend or week (which was once) she smelled, she was super overly anxious and had to go to the bathroom several times. This place will not let you see where your dog stays. I was told my pup did damage to the kennel and therefore was not aloud to board ever again which was after a month since she had been there. The young lady that brought my distraught pup out to me forcefully put her in my car and said she did damage. I have no idea what really went on in that kennel, but I do know she was not taken care of.

Our Boxer Abbey grew up at Amber Beech and has many good buddies she looks forward to seeing. Staff is the best. Now we have Abbey's little brother Winston and he will love it too. I recommend this wonderful place to anyone who needs to have boarding, daycare or just some socializing time.

We have used Amber Beech for three years with outstanding success, both for boarding and doggie daycare. Denise and her team are compassionate and careful with the dogs, providing a good mix of play and rest. Our dogs have benefited from the play groups organized at the kennel of dogs of similar size and temperament. We have also received constructive feedback when our dogs haven't behaved properly - even recommending a trainer to correct minor problems. As I learned, it's not the dog, but the owner. Denise also has a great relationship with local veterinarians and has even reminded us of when vaccinations and check ups are due. Amber Beech takes special care of our dogs when we are traveling, sending updates and feeding special food at our instructions. I highly recommend this kennel and my friends and family who also use it are equally pleased.

After several phone calls and voice mail messages as well as an email, still no response or return call a week later. Are they still in business? Abysmal customer service!

I will only say this; in any service industry, those who are business owners should be careful about how they treat potential customers. You don't know who you are being rude or condescending to, and what impact that will have. Those ripple effects can be far reaching, and it's sadly short sighted on the part of the owners. I strongly caution anyone considering this facility. I wouldn't give them anything to care for, based on how they treat people. Good Luck.

Allow me to first say that I did not bring my dog there for boarding because my first point of contact was so incredibly rude I decided not to bother. Rude and condescending does not make for a good first impression and in the business of customer service, should never be tolerated.
