Had a vision exam , " Doctor was rushed" Went to pick up glasses which obviously the prescription was wrong. I could not clearly see, was told that I needed to come back to see the same doctor. After multiple tries at scheduling I just told them to refund what I spent on the glasses. Office manager is rude and condescending. She actually told me I should have tried the glasses for awhile. I legally need them to drive so I don't think so

They got us in and out fast. Accepted our insurance. Had a wide variety of frames. We go there every year.

Been using this location for some time. From my first visit years ago, to my visit the other day service has been constantly great. I only use them to fill my scripts and have had good results. Staff is nice and knowledgeable.

Couldn't read with new progressive glasses without manually raising them up. Michael and manager tried to adjust them, when that was unsuccessful they are remaking the glasses. They were very concerned about making it right. Very pleased with my experience.

I was happy that I walked in and they actually got me in to be seen and had eye exam that same day within 15 -25 min. After exam I was looking at frames. I went to counter to try to get some answers. My entire time there would have been alot easier and quicker if there had been an associate available to help me. At first there was only one other person looking at frames.
I needed to know how much each option would cost me, so that I could have an idea what I could afford to do, but noone around to help me. When I finally asked the person at the front counter I wasn't getting her full or even semi full attention or answers. So I just went back to trying on frames. After about an hour I was sweating. It was one of our first really nice warm days but inside the store it felt hotter. I needed someone as I said to answer my financial questions but I also would really have liked to get some feedback on what looked good. But it was getting kind of busy at that point but I did finally find someone to ask about how they looked and she was wonderful she helped me to pick out 2 frames, she even told me what she liked about them on me, but she wasnt able to help with the price stuff. So I went to go checkout and she got my paperwork we started going over things & I showed her the 2 frames ( I planned on getting the buy one get one at half deal. Then after she gave me this object to hold up to my eyes she said that I might want to get smaller frames because even if they make the glass part thinner my eyes would look a bit bigger (bulging) so I was feeling frustrated that if only someone could have said that 2 hours ago Id be done but now i had to look again. So I just grabbed whatever at that point. So luckily by the this time things in the store were a lil bit better.
After I had been in the store at this point over 2 hours. I had almost her complete attention. She finally seemed friendly and attentive to me. She apologizes and explained someone had called out. So now she was doing her best to explain all these co-pays to me because even with decent insurance it was still expensive for me (since I am on SS now) Anyway I just figured that I wouldn't get the glasses exactly as I had planned and see how they turn out and then come back for more later. I had to pass on the progressive etc. I got 1 pair for now.

It was my first time at this location but the awesome staff made it feel like I'd been coming here since my first pair of glasses. Jamie and Dr. Chacon made the eye exam quick and easy, and were able to answer any questions I wanted to ask. Amber was a great help in choosing new frames and left me feeling confident I'd gotten ones that suit me!

Came in for my first eye exam ever and first glasses and the team was wonderful! Answered any questions I had and explained things very thoroughly!! Highly recommend this location!

I genuinely enjoy coming in for my yearly exam. This is the nicest place I’ve been to, even after living in multiple states. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and kind. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and explain everything in detail making understanding eye health and testing a breeze. I’ve never gotten a more accurate prescription for glasses or contacts anywhere else. If I could rate higher I absolutely would!

Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional. They helped me not only with a contact/glasses prescription but they also put care and effort into helping me pick lenses that were a good fit for me. I recommend them and give them 5 stars with ease. They went over my benefits with me and took the time to break everything down financially. It was a pleasure shopping here.

Went for my exam when I should and some Karen came in complaining and they took her ahead of me will not and can not stress enough come back to vision works at all. Very unprofessional and can not believe I was treated in that manner and no explanation given. The manager the doctor nothing just this rude lady and her kid complaining. I will tell people not to go to vision works at all.

Everything went smoothly. From making appointment, check-in, eye exam, meeting with Dr. For consult, to picking out glasses and being fitted accordingly.
