I had a very poor experience at this Verizon. Came on a Friday around 10:45am. Checked in and explained what I wanted to do. There were only 2 people ahead of me. I am not seen until 11:30am (45 min wait for only 2 customers ahead). When I am seen, I am told that they can't do what I want (which clearly was something that could have been communicated initially). Waited 45 min, given maybe 1 minute of service, afterwards they said they couldn't do anything. To make matters worse, there were 7 associates working at the time. It is not clear what they are actually doing other than standing around, not a very efficient or effective use of Verizon resources. I am greatly disappointed in the service I received today. I will no longer go to this facility. If you are potentially coming here for service, I recommend you find another Verizon office.

After reading a few other poor reviews, mine is aligned with those. Failing SIM card on a corporate phone. Checked in at this store, waited & watched. The "manager" Dan handled himself poorly on ever interaction I witnessed. Very pompous & clearly the manager title has created a power dynamic in the store. I feel bad for those working there with him. Clearly he thinks he is the CEO, not a people leader of a local storefront. Good leaders always treat their employees as equals, & rarely do those being serviced know which person is the manager. Dan the manager wasted 20mins of my time & we finally arrived at he needed an "authorized" person present to confirm my SIM card swap. I told him my company is based out of state & it would help if he could let me know who was authorized so perhaps I could have them reach out. 1st names only were given in a long list as he scrolled his tablet of power....how does this help?? Clearly this employee needs some management & customer service training Oh and by the way after contacting my company, they were surprised this whole interaction happened as swapping a broken SIM card does not make any authorized changes to an account, so there would be no need for an "authorized" person. My company quickly activated the ESIM within the phone & I went on about my day with cell service intact. Verizon, I am an employee of a large corporation & these type of inconveinent interactions with employees who represent you make it easier to switch to AT&T when asked what service provided we would like to use (yes we are asked this). We all know the service bounces off the same towers & is quite comparable.

Told me I could get a phone for $499 asked to pay it all at once. They said sure did not do it did not activate it. I had to go back to get it activated and when I checked my Verizon I was charged $699 for the Device not $499

We have a business account so went to this corporate store. In the past we have always been treated well. I have never been treated so rudely. We were promptly checked in the given to a saleswoman. She was extremely rude, made no eye contact, was chopping her gum and blowing bubbles. Several times we asked her questions and she could not answer them. She seemed extremely annoyed that she had to help us. Told her what phone we needed, case and screen protector. She told us the total. I asked to see the case since she didn't even have us pick out she just choose one. When I asked her about transferring data she stated no she could not because it was 6:15. I never had this happen there before. Then she told me if they did the data transfer we would have to pay $30.00. She called her manager over to explain tous and referred to us as these people. I told him we were being treated rudely. He didn't not care. We walked out and will never be back. Clearly the salesperson needs some training. Being polite goes along way. She most not like her job and it shows. #worstexperienceever

Awful customer service. Was stuck sitting there for 2 hours when we were told it would be about 30 minutes. Once there was 2 workers there and one of them got finished with their customer it seemed like they had no intention of helping us. This worker sat in the back for a good 10 minutes then started moving the phone cases to the front of the shelves when we were the only one left to be helped. Ridiculous that this happened we ended up leaving. Horrible service

Terrible experience came in for help with a issue since I’m in a new customer. Said there were two people before me. They made me wait almost an hour as they helped different people and not me! All the employees just watched me as I stood there, until after 45 mins I asked again. “ we can’t help you” wow really couldn’t have told me that before and not watch me stand there for almost an hour waiting on help. Should of read reviews before coming to this branch. Verizon just loss a new customer

Went in get help straightening out various issues I was having with apps. (My own mistakes) Dvon was fantastic. Very polite and knowledgeable. Walked out very happy with his service.

My family and I had a great experience at this store. We wanted to upgrade our phones and the sales representative Brianna was very helpful. She provided a lot of information, answered all of our questions, was patient, and provided excellent service.

Hands down, the BEST verizon store ever! Everyone in this store is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. They will work with you to get you the best for your money and don't push unnecessary things or a phone or plan you don't want. They really listen and respect you and work with you personalized to what your needs are. I got a new phone and had to go back the next day to get a new USB cord for my car then I had tech issues pairing my phone with my car and all the auto features- they problem solved it thru with me, would have never figured it out on my own. They also explained everything with all of my questions. Thank you to all the amazing employees here!!

My service with Verizon hasn’t been the best surprisingly but the people here are the reason I’m giving 5 stars. Kelvin is the best. He has gone above and beyond to help me with the family plan we had set up. He was always there to help if I had a concern also. The other associate Reggie was so funny. I would totally recommend both of them if you need help, for sure. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Kelvin for all of your help.*** in response to the he owners reply- I never mentioned a “ryan” , I mentioned Kelvin!!
