We had a great experience at this store today purchasing a new phone and setting up a new line. Roxy, Lauren and Lisa were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. These girls rock!

It's unfortunate the Franchise stores aren't as helpful as the company owned. It is also unfortunate that Verizon has made a business decision in making it difficult to actually call the company owned stores. Wasting time and driving a half hour only to find they have no internet service . . .

This is not a review for the store but for the service and the Verizon organization in general. I traded in all of my 4 phones and all of a sudden I got charged for not receiving one phone. After multiple calls and bunch of time wasted they agreed that they received the device indeed and my bill will be adjusted within 2 business days. Week later, nothing was updated so I had to start over and was promised to have my bill updated within next 24 hours. Guess what? 4 days later, the bill remains the same. What the heck Verizon? If your system is so broken maybe it is time to fix it. And by the way, my phone service became worst over the last 6 months. Not happy with Verizon at all.
Edit: my issue was resolved after I sent the email to CEO and got contacted by the executive office

Bad experience at this store. I don't know what happened I stood there for like 30mins and no one asked me for the service . Then I found there were 6 people working there. They just talked to each other laughing and joking a lot. After I return my stuff, I swear I won't be here again.

Not sure where to start with this review...I stopped in because we had to port a couple numbers over from other carriers into Verizon. This is far from complex but can take a little bit of time. You need to have the account number and the PIN from the current provider in order to port the number, which I had. We made an appointment to do this. While that may seem a little excessive I assure you it was not. Walking into the store there appears to be plenty of staff/customer ratio but that may be misleading. We happen to begin the conversation with the new regional manager. He was very helpful and turned us over to our salesperson once he was done with his previous appointment. Simply logging into the existing Verizon account by the sales person seemed to be an exercise in futility. I'm not sure why but they struggled to get into the customer account and it seemed to be a normal experience. Everything took time. There were many people in the store for as long as we were if not longer and we were there for well over an hour. There is limited seating but the GM stated the store is being rehabbed next year. I would equate this to a car buying experience. I am not accustomed to spending this kind of time for cellular. I was doing this as a favor to my sister (I have T-Mobile) and do just about everything online.

Very rude staff. Manager was not friendly at all telling people where they’re supposed to stand with authority like a military. Get real! I canceled my service immediately!

Brianna was extremely helpful, and she made my experience very pleasant and positive. Brianna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it was a delight to work with her. The service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back to this location in the future! I highly recommend!

People at this location are very helpful and friendly. I needed their help ASAP with finding a phone number from my calls history which was very important and was deleted accidentally from my list. Since I am not an account holder, they tried their best when I connected an account holder and they found it. Plus, the staff was very nice and friendly. David, the one who helped me was very patient and helpful. I'm glad I came exactly to this location.
