I visited to replace a lost pair of sunglasses. Kat was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. With her patient assistance I was able to leave with a wonderful and up to date version of my favorite style the Wayfarer. She also helped another customer with a more complicated product question and it was obvious that Kat knew how to utilize resources to present that customer with options. It was obvious that both of us had a good shopping experience with Kat. I highly recommend this store, and Kat in particular.

The sales person was extremely rude and had an attitude as soon as I walked in the door. She hovered over me while I was shopping as well. Not a good experience, would have bought the second pair of glasses for 50% off but she never mentioned it.

I don't even know who to reach out to but this has become laughable at best. So I'm willing to spend $2-$300 for a pair of sunglasses and you would think at that price point service would be the way to keep you loyal. I dropped off a pair of glasses that they said needed one screw to fix and they would call me when it came in. That was 5 months ago! I've called to get an update and I get the same response. Still nothing. Can someone who actually cares about one customer who has spent $1000s in your store help me recover my sunglasses. Ridiculous.

Oretha, my sales person, was amazing. She was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I went for one pair and left with 4. Great experience. Will be back.
