Never left with this awful feeling the store before. Was so excited to buy a new bras, but the customer service was just awful. Not a single customer there , but the lady who worked today was so pissed to bring me a new size and measure me after I realised that maybe i need to size down.

I went here with my boyfriend yesterday and left with a bra I really love. The person who helped me I think her name was Emily? She sized me and gave me some bras to try on in that size. She was so patient and understanding. I didn’t know I was a 36DDD until I came here. Will be returning soon :)

No more struggling to find a bra. I went to 2 expensive bra stores in Doylestown and couldn't find a single thing to purchase. I spent only half an hour at Soma and left with 3 bras, underwear and tank tops. Definitely go when they have a sale.

My daughter and I came in looking for brasMy daughter being a bigger size than me.I said ask the ladies if they carry your size,She went up and asked, the one lady brought out a box of bras my daughter's size. All to small.These 2 ladies were older, they did not know the bra selection at all, they did not come in the back and see if we needed any help.My daughter asked if she could find them on line in her size. Again these ladies had no idea what they were doing. My daughter said nevermind I will look on line when I get home.The lady did not sign her up for rewards, again did not really seem knowledgeable.Very disappointed in the customer service.

Never been in the store yet I work in the shopping center. I walk by the store almost daily. Love the stuff they have in their windows but sadly I know nothing will fit me as I don’t see anything for full figure women. Maybe I’m missing something

I went to this store and the associates seemed like they were too busy to help me. They couldn’t tell me my correct bra size and weren’t engaging at all. One associate was on her phone , the other one was getting ready to leave because her shift was almost over and third associate couldn’t tell if I was a DD or DDD. I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable during my time at this location. I will not be returning.

This store was unwilling to replace a damage item because it was brought in after their return policy of 60 days was completed. Though, I understand not refunding/exchanging undamaged items, I find it appalling that in good faith to the customer, the store would not replace the damaged item. I did call Customer Service, a separate department from the decision maker at the store, who courteously allowed me to return the bra by mail which they will replace with a new item. Because of this experience, I will no longer buy from this particular store and will shop online instead, which will allow me to return damaged items.

I stopped by for new bras after not wearing one since the start of covid. Alexa was amazing! She listened to my concerns and found me the perfect bra! The store is clean and well-maintained, with the merchandise looking organized and aesthetically-pleasing. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The women here provide exceptional customer service! First time visiting this store today, but definitely won't be the last :) The associates were super helpful, friendly, AND patient while I shopped and tried on different styles.... they really did provide a great customer oriented atmosphere.
