Used to love them until I was double charged for my membership. Upgraded membership to next tier when prompted at the kiosk and card was charged the new upgraded amount but the next day I was charged again for the previous plan amount. Went to office to allow them to resolve issues and told me the computer made an additional subscription service on my account but said there is no management here to cancel the old one and took my info. Did not hear back and returned 2 more times to try and have this resolved but nobody was able to resolve issues. Called in and stopped into other locations but same issue there. After a month of constant visits and calls, filed a claim with bank and Pete's claimed this is legitimate with the bank. Been 2 months and still trying to get a refund and the old plan to stop being charged. I am currently being charged for 2 separate monthly subscriptions for one vehicle and I have no way of cancelling this. My next step will be legal action of I continue to get no response.

Not sure why I have given this place so many chances. A car wash that leaves your car dirty? They advertise all these nice packages, but I’m convinced they’re a sham. Doesn’t matter whether you pay for the simple $8 wash, or their $20 “loaded up” wash, your car still comes out with dirty. Purchase their wheel deal package? No worries, they will still be covered with dirt. Spot free rinse? LOL. Spots all over the dang car. Not to mention how aggressive that spinning blue things are inside, they always seem to mangle my side mirrors up. Tucked in, or not. Just a waste of money.

All of the employees at Pete’s Express Car Wash in Warrington that I interacted with were extremely courteous and professional. Mr. Anthony DeRose took time to assist me in moving some material so that I could do my job.

$17 and for what?? Dirty wheels, dirty lights, dirty windshield. Dirty EVERYTHING. That's INSANE pricing for a really subpar car wash. Better off visiting any other car wash besides Pete's.

Workers were aggressive and hostile to my wife. Will not be returning. Recommend LUV Car Wash. Much better interactions and experience.

Normally go to the Warrington one, tried the New one Horsham. Didn't clean the car, same spots on car were still on before went in to car wash. Spent $21 rims still dirty in the grooves, back window was still half dirty, totally missed a quarter of the back window. For that price , terrible wash. Not worth it! Won't be back

First of all, for a 15$ car wash, my car is not even clean! Secondly, paid extra for "spot free rinse." Clearly, the rinse agent did not work. Awful car wash

Hello Google Family. Received quick car wash. Used debit card and away I went. Gets the job done. Decided not to vacuum since it's so hot and humid outside, didn't want to pass out.

Good staff. My Tesla got stuck when it shifted to park in the middle of the wash and the chain skipped past the tire. Not their fault, but they were able to get me out and help with the guy behind me whose car bumped mine.

BEWARE THIS CAR WASH WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR!!! This is a very expensive place nowadays and your car comes out still dirty. No matter if you pay for the top of the line wash or the cheapest wash they are the same. No tire shine and spotting everywhere that will etch your glass if you don't dry it yourself! STAY AWAY!

I just got my car washed and spring for the $21. I got home and my car has dirt all over it! First time this has ever happened but very frustrating!

After long wait, went through after paying for supreme wash. Nothing came out. At very end a stream of wax? came out and dryers never came on. Called 3xs. Left message. No one ever calls back.
Anthony called and reimbursed me for car wash.
He made it right. Changed to 5 stars!

The people working here are disrespectful and irrational. Working at a car wash isn't a political podium where political views or profiling clients are required. I had to remind employees couple times about their hate, all I got is apologies and hypocritical smiles. I have 360 degree angle camera in my car and if I have to, taking these racists to court won't cost me much, or even nothing. They need to take note that they don't know much about the people who give them business...
