“I have written reviews in the past, but this is an extra special, long overdue review. United Tire in Willow Grove PA deserves TEN STARS!! I have had almost all of my cars repaired here for years and years; way back to the early 1980s (a couple of owners ago). Chuck, Dave, Travis, John, Tony and all of the mechanics are great. Being a female, it is scary to bring your car to a mechanic. These guys were always respectful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, explained everything to me---and competent etc. My cars were always repaired correctly the first time; but if there was a time to get double-checked, they always welcomed and accommodated me. A year and a half ago-2022, I needed to start leasing, per my sister's suggestion; getting older and didn't want to have to worry anymore about repairs. “Very kind, helpful, and fast! I came in for an oil change today and they informed me it might take 2 hours or so (they were very busy, so I expected this). I dropped my car off and walked home, about 20 minutes. They called about 15 minutes after I got home and told me it was already finished, and they even replaced my dead headlight as well, all reasonably priced and fair! “I have been going to both of the locations of Miller's for more than 10 years and I have entrusted our vichiles to them. The Express location is fast and clean. The waiting room has wifi, coffee and drinks available. And the biggest difference is that Miller's does not over charge for their service. They are always fair.Great service. I was there for an oil change and to have the front brakes checked. They took time to explain to me about the brake pads on the car and the degree of pass or fail for the pass for inspection time.”

“I’m am very pleased with the stellar service and professionalism. I had two vehicles inspected. One of the vehicles needed a new battery other than that everything else was fine. The other would eventually need new tires but I was told it could wait a little which was great for me financially. I hit some on the highway slicing my tire and damaging the rim, because I have AWD I now needed all for tires replaced. I called for an appointment but couldn’t wait and went to BJs for the tires and they could not repair the rim. I ended up bringing the vehicle to Miller’s and they repaired the rim. The moral of the story is I should have waited a day or two and had everything done at Miller’s. Again, I can’t not stress more, the service is stellar and everyone there is nice.”
