“Solid! Absolutely somewhere to shop during their sales. You can get some very quality suits and sports jackets for $100 or less if you're patient. I got a new suit, 3 pair of socks, a pocket square, and a pajama set for $160. Pretty solid deal.
You can also order stuff from their site for delivery to the store which is neat. Without sales you're looking at ~$500 for a suit and $50 for a tie. So def wait for a sale if possible, or look in their clearance sections.
Staff was nice and professional, but I didn't interact with them much. I know my sizes and knew what I wanted. And I get my tailoring done elsewhere. Overall the store has good selection.”

We thought we might need to be happy with one or two options given how last minute it was. We were astonished at the variety of options and colors. “I know this is a chain and there's one back at home, but OMG I was surprised at the selection of anime tees and tank tops!! If it wasn't for a tight budget during vacation, I would've replaced my entire vacation clothes with new apparel lol. Ironically, the mall looked dead and alot of the other shops were closed or going out of business. I really hope this location survives, because I need to come back for sure. Yes, online shops exist, but I like to try on the clothing.”

“I got a medium button down shirt that I had tried on in store when I was wearing sweatpants. When I got home and put jeans on I realized it was ill fitting and I needed a large. When I returned to the store later the size I needed was gone. Or so I thought. Not 1 but 2 associates went looking for the shirt in my size ( actually looking) and one found it misplaced in the women's section because it had an identical floral print as a skirt. They were so helpful both times and made the mess of a parking lot worth the visit.”
“We had the best experience at the Jos Banks store in North Wales. Our salesman was Anthony and he was excellent. He took his time with us, went out of his way to locate the suit that we wanted and marked the alterations perfectly. We received the best customer service from him and even though there is another Jos Banks store closer to our home, we will definitely drive the extra distance to the North Wales store and request Anthony again for all future purchases.”
“Love Willowgrove Macy’s, it’s by far my Favorite Macy’s to go to. There’s this 1 cashier who is such a sweetheart and so helpful. She remembered me from just my being there one time when a storm knocked out the electric so the wait was a bit longer bc the registers had to turn back on and reboot. So now whenever I’m in that Macy’s I make a point to see if she’s working. I’ll always wait in her line bc she’s friendly, pleasant with a great sense of Humor that knows her job well, and is a fast cashier. This store always has the best selection from jewelry, to men’s, juniors and Women’s clothing. Love the Perfume/cologne selection as well as the purses! I’ve bought many of my purses here, and will continue to do so. Along with sneakers and shoes this is my go to for everything including bedding as well! I obviously bought the nike sneakers, and both black and white shoes! I wasn’t taking my sock off to try on the white pair of shoes, with the pandemic going on! Also the levi T-shirt my friend has on, bought that as well. My other friend whose trying on the blue boots also bought them as well!”
