I’ve been coming to the Jos. A. Bank store in Warrington for years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best retail experiences anywhere. The manager, Jim, sets the tone — professional, attentive, and genuinely respectful. Whether I walk in dressed casually or coming straight from work, I’m always treated with the same warmth and attention.
I only buy my custom shirts and suits from this location because they consistently deliver quality, precision, and great service. Jim and his team take the time to get every detail right, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. This is what customer care and craftsmanship should look like.

“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! Montgomery mall when I was a child had every store filled and busy and named brand.... to now few stores 2 of the 4 big dept stores attached are gone long time ago and it's dark and dreary .... very sad to see ....

“Visited the Warrington shop today! Marianne made the experience well worth it. At times, I have felt uncomfy in this store, they follow you around a bit and that stifles my ability to be creative and curate great fits. It started out that way until I redirected my source of help to Marianne!
Today I took another chance at this shop and....
The inventory was great, inclusive sizing was a plus (pun intended) AND although the manager seemed to worry me a bit overwhelming me with her overbearing presence and small talk as she observed my shopping experience, I was relieved to find help in Marianne's support.
I appreciated her warm smile, her professional dress, and laid back attitude when helping me in the fitting room. today, I was purposeful in buying the merch BECAUSE of HER, in the past I have departed THIS store after identifying a style and fit, and chose to patronize another BR. Marianne is a welcoming and much needed addition to this store. She EVEN steamed and garmented my dress- reminding me of the nostalgia of the olden days of BR- elite, precise, tailored and distinguished! Thanks for restoring the culture of customer care and being a great personal stylist for me today Marianne!!! You rock and roll!! And I am excited to carry this energy into my new pieces-- feeling and looking GOOD!”
