Customer service is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give a negative star. One star is being too kind.
Purchased a refrigerator and trying to have it delivered is a joke. Lowe’s cannot/ will not accommodate my requested delivery time after their appliance person reassured me that they will accommodate my request.
Their delivery times are 8am to 8pm. After speaking to 7 different people and having my delivery canceled today because they refuse to accommodate my requested time. Now it had to be rescheduled for tomorrow and again they are not accommodating my requested delivery time after their delivery customer care representative confirmed they can. Two days of calling and trying to confirm a time to accommodate my schedule. I have so much more to add. However, I am beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service!
They have a major flaw in their system between Lowe’s and their contracted delivery company. I am so done!
I am canceling my order and will never purchase anything again from Lowe’s!!

I love my Lowe’s prices reasonable is fine. What you’re looking for staff in the garden department is amazing.

I can assure you all that I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE. All of the times I have ever been here...no customerservice...you can yell, cry, scream or have a heartattrack..good luck fnding an emoloyee who actually earnes their pay. On another note, dont help an employee when they droo something. You'll only anger them!

Ok, I do not need a debate with employees over who drives further- me to shop or the employee with 5 kids to get to work - telling me he drives further after I told him I didn't want to drive back to pick up a special order item - they didn't have what I needed (like always). This is why I don't want to go to the store anymore- employees complaining about working at a job that pays their health insurance and wages. I worked two jobs to pay my way and never complained like they do now.

I visit various Lowes stores for my private home and rental property needs. I should have stayed at my preferred store in Dresher/Horsham, Horsham staff informed me the Warrington store had unprofessional so I knew what I may be getting my self into. On 6/8 soon as I walked into the store I felt followed by a clear undercover loss and prevention staff lol. I disregarded the situation and went straight to the customer service desk. I eventually arrived to the window department and informed 2 elder men that the Horsham store called 30 minutes prior and asked the front desk to fulfill a paid order of windows that became out of stock the night before. I gave my name and even a receipt of windows bought the night before. I felt interrogated by one male staff as if he thought I was stealing. Near the staff desk i noticed there were a few windows set aside for me, I confirmed the windows were mine as they had the same SKU and measurements I needed (28 X 66 & 28 X60). After some chit chat the one staff confirmed those were my windows, I proceeded to move the windows which were located on a metal flat bed towards the exit but the staff member strongly suggested he will bring it to check out. I never felt so humiliated in my life being treated like a criminal, very embarrassing having customers look at our interaction. This store needs serious diversity training! A female cashier noticed the interaction and offered me a cup of coffee I think of a means to calm the situation down. Man that was a terrible experience being in person! I will let all my friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors of my treatment at this Home Depot. My next set of Pella windows for $1000 I’m definitely going to Home Dept for now on!

This Lowe's is well stocked and almost never usually a wait at checkout. The employees are friendly and very helpful
