had an appointment for 5 o'clock waited about 10 minutes. Employees at the Walmart said the gentleman that does taxes hasn't been there all day. Received a confirmation email drove 30 minutes. The set up itself is ghetto.

Actually no stars if that was allowed. Very dissatisfied with the service. Walked out paying more than my normal tax broker charges for all three filings and only had my federal taxes filed. Your employee was less than accommodating had no way to print any information. While processing the in person appt I had to instruct what deductions could be included. I also had to insist on allowing my mortgage interest to be itemized deduction as he misread I was not eligible. The entire experience was a disaster and I will never return and be sure to let other know how unprofessional the company was. It is embarrassing that you would put your office space in the middle of a Walmart with rags hanging off temporary walls for privacy screens. I made a huge mistake using your company.

My tax advisor, Dorothy, was extremely nice and very helpful with all my questions. She explained each step with the filing and I will be doing my taxes with her from now on.
