Customer service checking in was terrible. I thought the guy was mute because he didn’t utter one word, until he asked to verify my id. No welcome gift, no waters, He never went over amenities or even tell me where the elevator was. On check out, even though I have the highest status they would not give me an extra hour for a late check out. They do not care if you contact corporate or not. They are short staffed and rude. They said they are fully booked for the next night but it was a Wednesday in a small town in PA so I highly doubt it.
The place was recently remodeled so that was the only nice thing. I dropped an earring by my bed and when I moved the bedside table over to find it and there was a toenail back there! Gross ?

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, great amenities, like cornhole, & a game room for the family with board games, TV s, connect 4, couch & chair to lounge in, it was such a cool space. Breakfast is amazing, & a great pool & gym

Hotel is newly renovated , very clean and nicely appointed . Location is in a nice area . I would like to give credit to the manager named Aja Walker who went above and beyond to help us with a mix up on room reservations . She is a great asset to the hotel chain and a friendly face behind the front desk .

Lost keys in parking lot and in the morning they had them at the front desk. That was great!

Great hotel and great service. The hotel is clean and great condition. Gym is nice, small but the running machines did not work. They have a nice game room for kids. Breakfast was good and they changed everyday which doesn’t make it boring. We recommend this place.

Great hotel stay experience, clean and great sized rooms, staff of Jasmine and Jason were very professional and friendly and always available, definitely recommend and will stay again when in town

Rooms: THE FLOORS WERE FILTHY, REFRIDGE WAS FROZEN OVER , STAYED 4 DAYS NEVER ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE SHEET CHANGED ! NOT THE HOTEL MAID STAFF ! JUST LANGUAGE BARRIER MADE IS CHECK OUT A STAND IN A Bad Thunderstorm AN RAIN Until RIDE CAME ! JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ?
I AM CARETAKER OF MISS HAMILTON AN HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BADLY TREATED BY ANYONE INCLUDING THIS PLACE! HAVE COMTACTED HEADQUARTERS FOR QUALITY/ CHOICE. BUT JUST SAYING BEWARE! IF THEY WILL TREAT A VERY ILL PATIENT LIKE THIS, THEN ANYONE IS CAPABLE OF THIS TREATMENT! IM SO SORRY TO POST THIS BUT I WAS LOOKING FOR A VERY RELAXINGSTAY

We had our wedding room block booked for this hotel. We had our wedding at Terrain DelVal. Their manager, Steven D., was the best in arranging the room block and maintaining fantastic lines of communication with us. Fast responses, easy to arrange, knowledgeable, and friendly in all correspondences. He was also very accommodating in answering all my questions (as anyone planning a wedding would have). The accommodations were perfect for my guests. The separate bedroom provided more space to get ready and was a good fit for families. Rooms were clean and tidy. Full size fridge enough for food and drinks! They also have 2 bedroom options which was also perfect size for the bridal party to get ready in. We had 5 people, including myself. Hair and makeup fit comfortably there and photographer was able to do detail photo shots in there too. The front desk staff was also very warm and welcoming. Amenities were great as well. Nice large lobby area to hang out with people. Nicely decorated, so had a homier feel. Breakfast was also great as well. There were lots of options, and quality was very good. Plentiful coffee! It allowed people to stay in the hotel to eat and mingle the day of and day after the wedding.
Would highly recommend this location!

I stayed here one night for a wedding. I had 0 issues. Checking in was easy, the staff had all info we needed for the shuttle service for the wedding. The room was clean and maintained which was all we needed since we basically were just sleeping there for about 5 hours. The bathroom/shower was stocked with towels and soap/shampoo. The breakfast they had in the morning was good too. No complaints, I'd stay again next time in that area

Food & drinks: Snacks and drinks for sale in the lobby. The breakfast they had was good too

What an amazing place! Easy 8 min drive from Doylestown village. The hotel was extremely clean, no issues on check in and check out. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I would want to give a special shoutout to Tamia (i hope i am spelling that right). I am traveling with 2 toddlers and they had a tough night (not the hotels fault just the gamble when traveling with toddlers). I came to the front desk and Tamia was able to address my favor and really help out my family and myself. We will absolutely be back!
