My daughter needed a cut and wanted highlights before leaving on vacation. We called around and my daughter came across their website and quickly called. They immediately put her in for Patricia (Patty). Patty was fantastic! She sat down with my daughter explaining the pros and cons of coloring. I cannot express how much I appreciate her kindness to Bella and me. Understanding and did a great job at cutting, highlighting and style. We just adore her!! We will definitely see her again. Thanks you so much Patty. See you soon!
Stylist: Last minute appointment, we saw Patricia (Patty). She is fantastic! And truly mean that. She listens, not scissor happy, lol, as my daughter had asked her. She explained the pros and cons of hair products and coloring of hair to Bella. It was really nice to see that she took the time. Much appreciated. Overall, she does a great job at cutting and highlighting. We plan to go back, we, including my self. Thanks again, Patty! See you soon

Associate was rude. I was 30 mins early for my appt and told her I know I’m early and asked to be seen then. The appt was for my 5 year old son. She said let me check with the girl and nothing else. Didn’t smile and was not pleasant. Then she never came back. There was one customer working with a different associate and when I asked if the other woman was coming back she told me my appt wasn’t until 11:30 and that she is checking. My appt was at 11. I am not happy that there was no communication, both associates were rude to me, and if I was walk in would I have received the same treatment? I could see if they were busy, having me wait, but they weren’t. They were all in the back except the woman working on the customers hair. I left without service. I have never had a problem before this and the hair stylists were always great before today. I have never seen the woman who was there today but she was not pleasant.

First time coming in for a quick trim/shape up in the back for a bit grown out pixie cut. Nikki was super friendly, quick, efficient and knows her stuff! Trimmed up back looks perfect!

First and last time in that salon. Hair cut okay, but stylist appeared not to have the skills to do short hair.
Stylist: Melissa - would not recommend the salon or stylist because of unpleasant atmosphere of the salon and hairstylist.Hairstylist has lack of skills in styling of short hair.

Alex is a friendly professional. She makes the effort to understand your hair style goals. Anyone over 65 should seek her out & take advantage of the discount. Also try to tip her as fairly as possible, her talent is worth it.

Came in for my first postpartum cut and Nikki listened to my concerns, gave me a significant chop, and made me feel super relaxed. She spent a ton of time on a beautiful blow out and I left so happy. Will definitely be back to visit Nikki again!

Arrived promptly for my appointment, waited for 30 minutes, only to be informed they couldn't accommodate me as they had to prioritize the next appointment. Won't be returning.

I went in with blonde hair that was recently done two months ago by my friends salon. The girl who did my hair was very sweet and kind. I asked for a partial highlight so I could get it brightened up for an event over the weekend. I'm not sure what happened, but the color was nice just not what I was looking for. It was an ashy light brown. Well, Alex (not sure who she even is) told me to come in and they would look at it. I then got a call from Sharon (store manager) about how Alex told her my hair was a lot of different colors when I came in and they would be charging me for foils again to fix it. Which is fine, but then they called the hair cuttery I decided to get it fixed at for no reason and who knows what she said to them. I just wanted my hair back to the color I asked for. I don't recommend going to this hair cuttery. Their are better and more professional ones that know how to deal with their clients.
