“I have been banking with this Credit Union my wife and I for many many years. They are absolutely the best of the best. I have my direct deposits, our home equity line and other accounts with them. Their associates go above the beyond the call of duty to take care of you and your finances. I can not imagine a more sincere and dedicated group of employees as of these folks at Navy Federal Credit Union here in Horsham, PA. If you are an active duty member of any of the Armed Forces or a retiree or dependent of I strongly suggest you checking out this financial institution. They have the best interest rates on loans, savings, credit cards and everything else! My wife and I would not bank anywhere else in the world other than Navy Federal. They have the best fraud department in the world as well, they are always watching over your everyday transactions, and believe me that is peace of mind. You can talk to a live person 24/7 365 days a year. If you meet the above qualifications for membership and are not a member of, I strongly suggest you stop by and check them out, you won't regret it.”

“I've been a member of this credit union for 20 years and it's because the customer service is amazing!! You can call and talk to an actual person who really knows the answers to your questions. I moved out of the area but can use shared branches close to home for everything. Fraud problems? Nope! They contact you with any unusual activity right away. I had a mortgage through them and NEVER had a problem. The app allows remote check deposit and secure text messaging which are responded to right away. I recently went to the Blue Bell branch and Shane was such a pro for both of the big transactions I had that day. In person, over the phone, or by secure text on the app, their customer service is unmatched. If you want the best customer service, this should be your credit union!!!”
“I read some of the reviews while I was checking out their hours today. Some people are such babies crying on here about their inconvenience. Grow up. I personally have had a good experience every time. These negative posts are likely from large bank trolls trying to keep us from using credit unions. When the banks fail you will wish you were in a credit union. Mark my words”

“Team at Horsham are very helpful, friendly and professional. Convenient location for in and out, though there is not a drive through. Automatic coin counter has no service fee for members. The covered ATM is available up front, which is also need service fee for members. Intrest rates, loan rates, and sevice fees are very competitive, better than most banks. My only issue is with the functionality of trumarks website, which has been an on going.”
“Words cannot describe how much these people treat you like family and make sure you get taken care of in the most professional and caring way possible. I’ve been a member since I think 2016 and have gotten multiple loans throughout the years from Ritu, pat, Wendy, and more recently Edy and Jennifer. Edy and Jennifer are amongst the nicest people I’ve ever met and make sure I’m taken care of financially and personally! “I recently switched to Citadel Credit Union for my banking needs after being fed up with a big name bank. I opened my account online, which quick and easy. My debit card didn't arrive in the alotted time frame, so I went to the credit union and one was created for me quickly, on the spot. Since opening my account, it's been nothing but blue skies. I've had no issues. I love their mobile app. I can take care of almost everything I need with it.I read the other reviews before posting this. While some reported bad experiences, I think it speaks volumes that the credit union posted a friendly response addressing each issue and offering to help rectify those issues.Personally, I couldn't be happier with Citadel Credit Union.”
“Fist time stepping foot into this bank….My experience here was great! I was referred here by a colleague, and I am so happy that I am now a freedom credit union customer! The service was great, and the people were knowledgeable and friendly! The process of opening an account for my business was seamless. It was a pleasure working with the associate who assisted me in opening my account.The parking lot is huge but neither is the establishment. The location is conveniently located right across the street from a huge lot with plenty of spaces.”
