I went in to transfer some funds from another bank into Citizens. Opened up two accounts. It was a breeze going thru the process.
Both Annie and Eduardo are great to work with.

Place is nice and clean. Teller has a great attitude. Waiting to see somebody about a new debit card is taking forever with 20 mins past the appt and there is still 1 person in front of us. 2 other locations I was at previously much faster service. Possibly could use another person to assist. Won't be coming back here for service.
