App is terrible, Call them, and they will help you out to create a new account and remove the late fee payment for you, but it takes days to update that on their new database.

By Far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with , not willing to help you in any way. Spoke to multiple people in one day and each one was worse then the previous! These people need some serious training on how to deal with the public or really on just being a human being! Judging by the other comments here this seems to be a pretty regular thing... I wish there was another option for water as I would drop them in a second!

Karen, you are by far the worst customer service rep I've ever had to deal with! Your tone and language used is condescending and degrading! I'm terribly sorry that your life is soo miserable that you have to display your misery when doing your job! Life is short and being pleasant doesn't cost a dime! Be a better human! OR quit your job if you don't like it!!!!

It was very difficult to pay my bill with this "new portal". I have never seen such a mess and just figured out how to pay, which took me a while to figure out. Why? Because I was and am not setup for autopay yet that is the link/button you all need to click to login and pay. Links are not allowed so go to their main site and select -> AutoPay Customers CLICK HERE to login.

First there was no announcement that they were moving to a new payment portal thereby making every auto pay account late from lack of communication. And now, I'm still getting late fees even after enrolling in autopay with the new portal. This utility is terrible.

need to be reported to the bbc .... make sure u check your bill & billing cycle - they try to charge consumers for a 22 day billing cycle so they can squeeze 15 charges in per year rather than 12*** update: just checked my bill online -- zero dollar balance for january & december but i received a "over due / late notice" for my account. late fees & interest on top of all that when their system is so flawed ! customer service is a useless auto response .... they really need to be investigated so that they cannot continue to bilk ppl out of hard earned money !!!

If I could give zero stars I would, there's one particular rep, that talks over you constantly, answers questions like you're mentally challenged and is down right repulsive, I've spoken to a supervisor about some of the behaviors of a few reps I've spoken to, that rep must have been passed over for a promotion or something!!

Without providing any context to customers, BCWSA seems to have moved to a new payment portal that knows none of your info whatsoever and makes it impossible to register and pay your bills. I was finally able to find a VERY non-obvious workaround to this, but was still hit by a late fee. You'd think that switching payment portals would be advertised to customers ahead of time to give the ample time to plan accordingly, but we can't expect too much here.

The worst experience. They have made changes and it is impossible for me to pay my bill on line. I have always paid on line in the past. I keep making new user ids and passwords and they never work. It's impossible to reach them by phone. I've emailed several times but get no response. They are a disgrace!
