“Joanna is very meticulous in the work that she does and spends a lot of time to make sure that the dress is altered in a way to fit you perfectly. She listened to the modifications I wanted and had several appointments to ensure everything was perfect. She offered her input on what she felt would work the best. She spent extra time and was willing to have us videotape how to do the bustle to refer back to the night of the wedding.”

“When I told you I RAN to leave a review… I’d leave 6 stars if I could. I came in this AM after getting my hair done in town to look for a pair of earrings to match my wedding dress. On a whim I asked if they had MOB dresses because we had been to 6 other places to try on and were still looking. Nothing seemed to fit just right and I wanted something for my mom that made her feel as special as I did in my dress. I explained what my mom was looking for and within 2 hours Krystyne sent me a text saying she had pulled dresses from their other location in the colors and styles we were looking for. We came back in that night and ended up purchasing the FIRST dress she tried on. Krystyne was amazing and so accommodating. She made my mom feel so special and I am so thankful for that! Awesome customer service that was insanely appreciated!”
