Stood in line for 10 minutes while a customer
was looking through phone for coupons. Three people standing behind me. Only one employee at the register while 3 were at front of store greeting people? I asked one of the "greeters" If another register could be opened and I was told NO that only one person was available,
so I put my products down and left the store. Upon leaving I was told to "have a good day" which was very condescending in my opinion, given the extremely poor customer service. Never going there again.

I'm a regular customer at BBW but this was my first time visiting this branch. Extremely disappointed with the rude behavior of their staff! We went there near their closing time but they just didn't feel like helping us out with anything. I had trouble loading a coupon and she didn't even try to hear me out. Instead, she kept on insisting to call customer service to resolve. I resolved it myself somehow and went to the cash counter. Even then she refused to apply the coupons and still kept telling me to contact customer service.Will never visit this store again and would advise everyone else to avoid them as well.

Love the store and the girls are nice, but this was annoying. Ordered a bunch of stuff online for store pick up. Picked up order in two heavy bags, and the store was packed with holiday shoppers so nowhere to start unpacking to make sure everything was included. Trusted they did it right. Sure enough, the “value” item discounted to $35 (as a bonus for spending a bunch of money) wasn’t included. I called and the girl was very apologetic, said they didn’t have any left so she could only give me a refund. But they charged me for it?! Won’t ever order online for store pick up again, that seemed like a scam.
