No cash in the vault. They won't cash checks over 2400, written by a client drawn on their account, lol..."because of the pandemic". What a complete joke. Close your accounts and go to a more reputable bank.

They told me a certain amount of a deposited check would be available yesterday and I have it in writing. I recieved an e-mail stating that the entire deposit was being put on hold until next Friday. They tell me that check may have insufficient funds. I have copies of the clear check from the sender and showing funds withdrawn from their account. WTH ???

Thay closed the drive thru and said it was for the customers convince. Then you go inside and have to wait for 15 to 30 minutes. How is that more convenient? The manager always wants to sell you something she says let me ck your rates and then can't do anything.

Received two phantom overdraft fees on my business account. Available balance was a couple hundred above my need. BOA in Warrington "claims" their was a "processing authorization" but no transaction appears & I was still billed two fees from the bank. My account never reached the negative. I swear to you all.. I literally just visited today and was told that it is not a bank error. These theives should not be in our town. How many if you out there have the same crooked story??? These tellers tried to make thing appear normal and I should fork over 75$ of my hard earned taxed$$.

I have a problem with my check. BoA holded it on 2 weeks, than I decided to go to one of filial to get know what's wrong. So it was a filial on 381 Easton red, Bill Mullen, calmed down me, kindly explain the reason of holding, called to security department and the next business day the hold would be taken off! Thanks a lot, mr Mullen

Was in a bind and needed my check cashed. Didn't have time to get to my bank. They charged $6.00 to cash my check..this bank sucks!!!
