“I would recommend AVE Blue Bell Villas to anyone who wishes to rent in or near Blue Bell area. It's a clean, beautiful, safe and huge community. They have a well maintained and equipped gym, amazing pool area and two tennis courts. It's proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants, parks and good schools is perfect!We got an upgraded town home with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We did have a couple of maintenance issues like minor leakage, bathtub paint chipping off, dishwasher problem and thermostat issues. But I must say the management and staff here is top notch! They always responded immediately and the work order was fixed as soon as possible. The staff is very friendly and professional.I would also like to add here that they also frequently host community fun events like some cooking class, a fitness session, free bagels or a movie in the park, which we enjoyed.The whole process from the beginning to moving out was smooth. We liked our stay here! Thank you AVE team.”
“I am currently in process of downsizing from 2b to 1b and they are making this as painless as possible as I did not want to leave this community just yet. From the office staff, maintenance staff and tenants, everyone is so friendly. Very clean community and well taken care of. Very quiet too.”

“We lived at Willow Pointe for about 15 months and moved out recently due to needing more space. We enjoyed living there so moving out was a little biter sweet. Keely and the office staff were always on their game and very attentive. When i put a maintenance request in , it was handled in a timely manner.Throughout the year the complex had various group get togethers which were always fun. it was great to have a gym on site so I could work out at any time.If we didn't need a bigger place, we would still be living here.I highly recommend Willow Pointe”

“It's a beautiful quiet community. The only issue is that the rent seems to go up $100 more a month each year. That's steep. Hopefully when it comes time to renewal it won't be that much. Before Berger it only increased $20 more each month every renewal. I know times have changed but that's challenging. Maybe that's just how it is with renting these days. Mitch from corporate do you care about this building ? You have so many properties and you have let this place go . Ashley and her great staff can't change things alone - step up and fix things here ! My oat review is about the owner of all the morgan properties and his cooperate staff not the people in management at apt building”
“We just moved in at the start of this month. Maintenance has been super helpful (shoutout to Justin!) & everyone has answered our questions in a timely matter. There have been a few maintenance issues upon moving in, however they were fixed within the first week or so of us being here.”

“Normal doesn't mean Bad. I have been at the Brookmont for about 3 years and had to move to a new state for a new job. The complex offers exactly what it has... a nice place to live at an affordable price. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and pleasant to work with. The area is quiet. Neighbors tend to be nice or leave you alone. Management staff are friendly and I never had any issues getting things I needed resolved.That said, there are some drawbacks. The appliances, while perfectly functional, are somewhat dated. For example, the dryer sometimes needs to run twice to dry everything. This was my first experience with a gas stove, and this may be my personal opinion but it seems worse than their electric counterparts. The bathroom was designed for a person who is 5'5'', so I always needed to bend down to see myself in the mirror or take a shower. There was a mice problem at one point, however management did work towards a solution and I have yet to see another rodent since! As you might imagine, these issues are more irritating than actual problems.Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Brookmont. When looking for a place to live, having somewhere that is quiet, peaceful, and doesn't cause problems is just about all anyone would ask for! The Brookmont delivers on these expectations. I would consider this complex to be a benchmark for a perfectly normal place to live at an affordable price. In my opinion, If the appliances were updated and the bathroom was redesigned for someone who is 6 feet tall, that would be enough for me to give it 5 stars instead of 4.Thanks again for everyone at the Brookmont for providing me with a pleasant stay!”
