Was charged $114.00 for a state inspection. Nothing was needed. Their explanation was they now charge labor in addition to the cost of the inspection. My wife and I were long time customers, but no more.

Traveling from New York State to South Carolina on route 79 near Cranberry, PA, there was a dead deer in the road that we were not able to get around. We hit the deer that was in the road and bent an axle on our trailer. After failed attempts with AAA, we found the company through a Google search. They were a Godsend. They were able to help us get it towed back to their company, order the parts, and get us back on the road within 24 hours. They have excellent customer service and are truly a caring company.

I'm exceptionally pleased with everything about this place.
In mid-August 2023, I had an electrical issue with my travel trailer while traveling across the United States. After reading the reviews and while more than a hundred miles away and headed their direction, I called these folks in absolute desperation. It was late in the day and they told me to bring it by first thing the next morning, which in itself was a miracle!
I showed up at 8 a.m. and they were already there waiting. I spoke with shop manager RJ and by 8:15, he and tech Ben had diagnosed my issues and ordered the electrical parts that were needed. Thankfully they were in stock locally. Ben did a professional install and by 9:15 a.m. I was out the door and on my way! Everything has worked perfectly since.
While there I had the opportunity to speak with Kathy at the front desk. I learned that this company is under new ownership (her son) and it is a family owned and operated business. That was easy to tell, as everyone was super friendly and willing to help.
I would not hesitate at all to use them again for any RV or trailer issue.

Two years ago when I took my car for inspection they did extra unauthorized work and charged me for it. I didn’t learn my lesson. When I took my car for inspection this time, I was very clear with them that there would be no unauthorized work - just the inspection. They charged me the $48.50 as listed in the wall for inspection and then charged an additional half hour of “extra” labor that came up to another $48.50. There was nothing that needed to be fixed on my car - it was a standard inspection. Beware of being charged more than the advertised price or having work done without authorization.
