1st visit person wasn’t real sure what was going on. During the 2nd and 3rd visit, Bob came out and realized the problem with the camera and even corrected several initial setup errors to make things more streamlined. Bob is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that the problem would be fixed.

**YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT!!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW THIS!***This is a terrible company. The quality of the video is awful. When a sensor goes down, you try to call and have someone to come and fix, customer service says they will have someone call you but they never do. If and WHEN you decide to cancel your contract, you will be charge for the final PLUS every month of your contract. You have BUY OUT THE CONTRACT!!! So it doesn’t matter if you like their system or not, you have to buy out the contract. THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE. I REPEAT. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.

Vector Security was very responsive to our issue with our system panel. The technician, Matt Thor was wonderful! He called twice to confirm arrival time and was able to fix our panel in no time. He tested it and explained what he did before leaving. Asked if we had any additional questions. We are very pleased with our experience and appreciate Matt’s expertise and friendliness!!

The inside sales account help team member (Victoria) brilliantly handled my questions and concerns in just a few texts. She responded to my initial text questions immediately. If all companies had capable staff members like Victoria, navigating companies' websites and finding answers to concerns easily, quickly, and effectively would be a breeze. This is by far the WORST Security company. My equipment has not worked for the last two months. I have called to get it fix and I was told that they couldn't come out to fix the problem after hours. Customer service was very rude and I was not given any other options to get my equipment fixed. Very unexpectable

This was thee worst company equipment was defective and was charged trip charge because of their equipment default. Then informing them once contract up was given the date when contract ended informed them would like to cancel as of that day. I was then told no problem then get a call from collections stating I didn't give them a letter only verbal was given so they renewed my contract but I have no service and nothing with them . I will would never refer this sorry company to any one not even an enemy.

Just moved into a house where the previous owners used Vector Security. I have no interest in using them but want all their equipment removed and returned to them. They want to charge me a non customer to remove their devices. Come on...

Door to door criminals. Offered no contract service, then had me sign electronic contract telling me it wasn’t a contract, I was just “setting up my password”. I move away and now I owe 3 years of “service” payments for service that they aren’t even providing. Additionally they broke my doorbell during installation of their junky alarm sensors and never fixed it even after several visits. All the door alarms just fell off randomly so we were never really safe. They would schedule calls and visits and not follow through for weeks. Absolutely terrible experience. If they come to your door, shut it, lock it, and call ADT!!!

This company is garbage. I signed a 3 year contract which had some equipment included. IT NEVER WORKED RIGHT. Pain in the behind to get out of it. Go with Guardian!

Since the company I work for switched to their service, we have had ongoing problems. I've received frequent false alarm calls through the night, repeated problems with the same sensors in the store, and it takes and act of Congress to get a technician to come out to take care of anything. Spend a little for and get a better alarm company.

Horrible company. I signed up with 3 year contract. Nothing but issues with my equipment. Been less than 4 months. I can’t even get anyone to return calls. Classic bait and forget.
