Vector Security is responsive and knowledgeable. A technician fixed a camera problem, corrected setup errors, and made the system streamlined. Another technician fixed a panel issue, tested it and explained the work before leaving, showing expertise and friendliness. The inside sales account help team member handled questions and concerns through a few texts, responding immediately and guiding users. The text box setup makes navigating the website a breeze.
1st visit person wasn’t real sure what was going on. During the 2nd and 3rd visit, Bob came out and realized the problem with the camera and even corrected several initial setup errors to make things more streamlined. Bob is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that the problem would be fixed.
