“I take a very expensive medication and when I switched insurances, Adzema could no longer afford to cover it. However, Jay told me he did not want to stiff me on the last month so he gave me the medicine even though the pharmacy lost money. It gave me time to find a new pharmacy before I was due again next month. Thank you Jay & Adzema. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy you don’t see that kind of generosity most places.”
“I'm fascinated and thrilled by the amount of things you can purchase cheaper than at a regular store. There are items where the prices are comparable. But you just gotta know the average prices for things or double check where you usually grocery shop.
I will say though: it doesn't make sense to me that they keep the shopping cart of the side of the exit. So you have to cross where people are trying to leave to grab a cart and then cross again to enter the store. This is a serious design flaw.
I also dislike that you have to enter through the exit to get to customer service for when you first obtain membership.”

“They're just a nice pharmacy up there and I need it compounding medicine and they were nice enough to be there to fill my medicine from the advanced Pain medicine since everybody else east coast and they don't do it or they can't get the medicine in and I don't think is right”

“Brittany, the pharmacist, is phenomenal! She makes sure the prescriptions I need are in stock and available when I need them. This was not the case at the Allison Park location. Brittany obviously loves her job and her customers. The entire staff at this pharmacy is the best at what they do! It is definitely worth the extra time to get to this location.”
“I like Giant Eagle grocery stores prices are high but you also get fuel perks so that's why the prices are high lot of good Quality Meats and vegetables and produce”
“For the most part Sam's club is a great place to shop. There was a few things they didn't have that I needed. Like chicken wings for example as of many of the stores they would have been crazy expensive so I didn't get any but I didn't see any in the stores well. But overall a great place to shop.”
“I'm very loyal to Giant Eagle...especially Seven Fields. My biggest complaint is the cart boys. They're very rude. There are two in particular. I'm handicapped and they will watch you take your groceries out, walk right past you. Instead of offering to take the mobility cart in, they will take 1-2 push cart in. Or else the stand talking over by the state store. Even wandering around inside the store. I sat in my car and watched them today...Monday, August 5, 2024. The young man who rings groceries and gets carts is an exception. He is friendly!”
“I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Every employee has been kind & courteous. Dave, the owner, has literally unlocked the door for me when I’ve arrived late before so I could pick up a prescription. I’m greeted by name when I walk in and consistently receive my medications on time.”
“Walgreens corporate kept not delivering medicine we ordered. Every delivery window was ignored and updated only after we showed up and once again they didn't have our need meds.
We were running out of our meds and things were getting critical.
We went to the Rite Aid Pharmacy on McKnight and Courtney K and Andrew took ownership of our obtaining our prescription.
They had our medicine within a day when it had taken wallgreens 10 days, multiple excuses and still hadn't provided the medicine.
Every time we go in the staff is really nice and helpful. Big shout out to Courtney and Andrew for being so good at their jobs and getting us the help we needed.”
“We got a king cake for Fat Tuesday and my kids were so excited to see who finds a baby and to our surprise there was no baby :( now the cake was super good but was bummed that there was no baby”

Not only do they have all the secrets on migraine relief, but after my Dr calling in 5 scripts within 20 min ready and out the door never even had to pull out my insurance card, they collected all of that and made it as painless as possible. Thankful to have a place like this so close to home”

“I have used The Burgh Pharmacy before and am always impressed. Today I spoke with K and she went above and beyond, making several calls, helping me get my medicine at a much lower cost from a different pharmacy. This pharmacy does not need a big parking lot because they are really fast and great at shipping! Awesome service, K!”
“Cody is the best! I was returning a pair of shoes and gave the FedEx return option at Walgreens a try. I had no clue how to print the return shipping label or do anything else with it and Cody helped me with finding the label on my phone and getting it printed. He got the package all ready to return and he taught me how to use certain aspects of my phone I did not know how to do before. Thank you for all your patience and help! I could not have done that return without you and would have ended up going to the Post Office and paying for postage.”

“I've never used a convenience chain for handling prescriptions, but something to be said for using the services they offer when you need or want them. Case and point, in the last month I've stopped here to both mail out a FedEx package and pick up a "ship to store" order. Both were incredibly convenient as is the location of this Walgreens. I found the staff to be incredibly pleasant too, considering I wasn't buying anything in store.”
“Very kind and considerate every time I get a prescription filled. Even with long lines they always manage to keep things moving. Any problems are explained with great care to the best of their knowledge and the senior staff always appears to be training. It's comforting to know such great care is invested in such an important need to our community.”
