“Had a great experience with Pittsburgh Moving! The team showed up on time and were very efficient and communicative throughout the process. I inadvertently underestimated how many belongings needed to be moved, so they ran out of room on the truck (completely my fault). The movers made sure to ask about which items needed to be on the truck for our first night, and then contacted their office immediately to see if they could send another crew to finish up the next morning, which they did. Pricing was also very fair for the quality we received. Definitely recommend!”

“This is a well-maintained facility, and a great value so close to Cranberry. I like the personalized service; the manager takes time to find out what you need and show multiple options for storage units. Their communication is good, for example I once left one of my two units unlocked and the same day they put a temporary lock on and called me! I've been with them for more than a year with three different units, and really appreciate the flexibility and fair pricing. The only thing I'd say is, let them know what you're storing because in some of the units the concrete floor gets damp (no leaks, just ground water, it's PA) and they'll find something that works for what you're storing.”

“Every step of the process was explained in detail, and all representatives were very helpful on the phone. Completely took the stress of having to plan on rushing to pack a truck and then drive it and empty it within a day or so. Being able to load/unload at my own pace, and if needed store my container was a huge help during the moving/home buying/selling process.”

The driver Dave and his helper in Pittsburgh was awesome with the loading of the truck, and their professionalism outstanding job guy's. ? “The employee,Amanda, is great. I drove from new york to pa to put items in storage due to a move. She was great, sent me directions and stayed until I arrived. Amanda is knowledgeable and friendly. I took a second load, and she was just as gracious then just like the first visit. The storage lockers are clean with plenty of light.
