I have purchased three bikes, parts, and gear from Pitt Cycles. Always have been friendly and easy to work with. A lot of new faces now, more brands too.

I picked up a massive metal spike that flattened my back tire on south side Pittsburgh and Indian of Pittsburgh took great care of me. I got picked up and brought to the shop and had the tire replaced and brake pads changed in no time. Shout out to Kent who was super friendly and made sure I got back on the road safely and quickly!

My wife and I were shopping there for about a half hour and not one salesperson even asked us if we needed help. They are supposed to be a BMW dealership but only have a limited supply of BMW bikes and gear.

Honest ReviewGOOD- The manager and parts department really want you to have a good experience. When I talk to them they come from behind the desk and get on top of things.BAD- You have to go there because people don't answer phones. UGLY- They really struggle with their repair and maintenance staffing. The mechanics are great people, but they are overworked and understaffed.

Nice little shop set up. Kinda off in its own area which can be confusing to navigate if not from the area. Friendly staff

Went to pick my bike up when I was supposed to done and called ahead, it’s buried behind 30 bikes and can’t get to. 3 days for just a tire. Delayed a riding trip. Went to pick it up today and tried to charge $125 when local dealers charge $25 cash or $15 if you only bring the bike. Hang it up Ray

Staff is very helpful and do not try and rush you into a sale. Very knowledgeable about products they sell. Owner actually is on the showroom floor conversing with the public-- a rare thing to see in big businesses

Just popped in to take a peek at the KTM offroad with my son. Not your typical motorcycle shop for sure and I've been riding for 40yrs on and off. Beautiful shop, so well laid out and not crowded with bikes 6" apart. Approached by and chatted briefly with two staff, wonderful demeanor, genuine, talked with you and not at you and thanked us for coming in to their shop....who does that these days.

Everyone there is eager to help in any way they can. They had serviced my bike and took the time to go through everything with me. I'd had some negative experience with motorcycle dealers in the recent past and I am blown away by the level of professionalism displayed at Indian Motorcycle of Pittsburgh. I highly recommend them.

I stopped in this dealership for the first time to look at an Indian FTR 1200. The people working here were extremely friendly and pretty knowledgeable about the product. I asked a few questions that stumped the salesman and he ran back to get answers off others right away. They weren't pushy at all! They set me up for a test ride which is great and something you won't get to do with japanese bike dealerships for whatever reason and unfortunately the bike just wasn't right for me. The dealership was so clean and all of the staff was great! I came home and told my wife that I wanted to buy from them just because of how good the experience was!!! While the FTR wasn't in the cards for me at this time, I will definitely be back to look at other bikes in the future and buy fr them if I decide on a KTM or Indian!
