I have purchased three bikes, parts, and gear from Pitt Cycles. Always have been friendly and easy to work with. A lot of new faces now, more brands too.

I picked up a massive metal spike that flattened my back tire on south side Pittsburgh and Indian of Pittsburgh took great care of me. I got picked up and brought to the shop and had the tire replaced and brake pads changed in no time. My wife and I were shopping there for about a half hour and not one salesperson even asked us if we needed help. They are supposed to be a BMW dealership but only have a limited supply of BMW bikes and gear.
